March Discussion..

Stons with another home game and this is a must win to keep this surge going.

No shocker to lose last night. They were coming off 8 straight and Denver on b2b's is apparently lethal.

With that being said, let's get back on track vs a non playoff team in the Nets.

No shock Grizz struggling in that first half after last night...

But, Spurs shooting was outstanding...

Check and see if Memphis is into this in the 2h and ponder some live action.

18-9 start.

Solid so far.

Any plays for today - bored....up with book, so need some action

Thinking OKC

whats up with the fukn LAL, almost every damn game, its game time decision for players

Clips didn’t score for final 7:30 of the 2nd q. How in the hell is that possible in todays nba

Sucks man.

Kyrie is a guy I've had so many different thoughts on. I've really respected him the last 4-5 years though since he left Boston.

He's a throwback, and I like that.

He had his semi Kobe moment last night -- the tears showed the injury was worse.

How bad is Dallas O going to be without Kyrie or AD lmao. Like worse than the worst of Brooklyn?
Won't be good.

Phoenix or Portland will surpass them for that 10th spot in the playoffs.

I'm expecting half empty area as we move on this year, at best.

9 months after a Finals appearance, the situation is dire.

Clippers falling apart, in general.

Suns were down 19 to start the 4th and just secured the win.

They got shooters... Dinwiddie can score, Klay obviously and Exum + Martin can score. The question is motivation and defense...
I mean that Doncic trade looks even worse than before, with both AD and Kyrie probably season ending injuries and next season... who knows...
Let's say that at least they could have waited till summer and start official talks about the trade, without on court problems...

Lakers 1H definitely a thing right now, especially at home.

Keep 3/19 circled, Lakers host Denver who is one of the worst 1H teams in the league this year.

Few halftime notes ..

GS and Brooklyn 2h total is TWO points higher than expected via pregame -- and that's with a 1st half OVER in the books.

Stats have that game as moderate paced.

Boston and Sixers pace is really solid. Very low 2h total that I'll stalk. My issue is Boston will do that for a half and then 2h flips. Simply have to watch.

Slow start to 3rd but Sixers and Celtics have went wild.

215 was #, that went as low as 209.5.

Now 228.5 late third.

Missed easy under with Pels and Rockets.

Painted 119.5, this game had very little pace tbh.

2h is going to fly under by 20+ points.

I got caught up in another game. Oh well.

Knicks very motivated.

I was close to submitting them at 42-38 score and decided to wait till HT.

Highly motivated.

A lot of game left though.

Horrific flow this half in LA.

2h total went 114 to 112.5 quickly and we know why now.

This game is a tough watch right now.

Terrible shooting and a lot of sloppy turnovers.

8 points combined first five mins of the 4th.

Honest question is anyone having a very profitable season betting the nba nowadays?

The games seem so broken nowadays, more now than ever, just whoever can make their 3s for the night.

I haven’t bet NBA much at all this year, barely ever watch it anymore, so honestly curious how everyone is doing this year

If I were to just bet my halftimes, and nothing else, I'd have a nice season going.

With everything else though, down a handful of units.

Very tough to bet now. You have to concentrate I think on one aspect....

Halftimes
Totals
Props
Specific situations
Quarters

Whatever you can find an edge in.

Back to HTs... Done well working with pace stuff overall but haven't stuck to just that.

I would think deep down the NBA is loving this Wild West style of 3pt shooting basketball because it’s made the betting industry seem entirely random/luck based, which is of course the core principle/desire of the gambling house

NBA wants viewers...

And the amount of overseas viewers is what is making the NBA not realize how much the sport is dying off in America.

This style isn't attracting viewers in the states, at all.

The NBA is slowly moving towards 4th sport status.

Add in all the other issues with the league and it's a sad state of affairs.

Surprised the Knicks don't really go to KAT much, even though he was out he needs the ball.

One thing I want to remember to do this playoffs is take alt lines. Can’t remember if it was last year or the year prior (maybe both?) where a vast majority of playoff games were double digit victories. Obviously it’s a small sample size

Prop market significantly sharper this year. Books have sharpened, limits have gotten worse, more touts competing

For sure.

I generally only like props the first 4-6 weeks myself.

I have dabbled in a few live props this new year, basically win one, lose one and so on.

Knicks go to OT blowing a lead.

Now Brunson down with a bad injury? Oh goodness.
Brutal loss for NY.

They put a lot of emphasis on this game.

They controlled the game for 42+ minutes.

Credit the Lakers finally started to hit some 3s in the last 6 plus OT.

Still, very deflating.

Curious where his mind is at.

He missed a game last time out -- family member health issue I believe.

Edit: friend of his passed from cancer

Apparently Draymond was spewing he skipped Warriors to avoid Butler (asshat)

Yeah, good point on his frame of mind. Why would KAT avoid Butler?
