Now I feel even dumber for betting him at -111. Bovada had just put the lines back up and I assumed he would be around -130 or so and I bet it without looking into the practice speeds and some similar tracks, although this is a pretty unique track.

I think he has a good shot at a Top 10, he is from that area so I would assume they are putting more into this race than most, especially considering that the team will not be around next year and he and his team members are looking for jobs.
I see Berry performing better than you think on a handful of tracts that they will focus on the rest of the year and worse than you think on the rest.

Trackhouse and Chastain focus on this race too.

Exactly why I played him. And he's been faster these past few weeks. But anytime I get good value on a driver, they stb. I played McDowell a few weeks back +410 top 10, midweek. Dude gets the pole, then finished 14th or something.

Keselowski, Truex, Bell, Elliott, and Buescher have more speed than practice indicated.
