47.5% R.O.I!!! Can't remember the last time I had an R.O.I this big.

Dodgers -1 -125 for 0.4 units
Greinke dealt in first start and I would expect the same vs the Padres shitty lineup. Marquis is a very bad starter, gave up 5 runs vs Colorado and I really do not think he is deserving of a starting job in the ML's. Nonetheless Crawford, Gonzalez and Either are hot. Cruz finally got a hit so he should start doing things. Dodgers BP has sucked the last two days but I think its a fluke because it was dominating. Greinke should go at least 7, was on a pitch count in last went 92.
I like Dodgers to win this game.

White Sox +1 -104 for 0.3 units
I'm fading Haren until he shows he is okay. Haren was horrible in spring and in first game this season he lasted only four innings and allowed six runs on nine hits. Four of those nine hits came on home runs. I'm taking a run in case the Nats make a run late and win by 1. Axelrod was sharp in debut. Value

Great start bro. Greinke did look sick in his first start. I like both Chicago teams today. Keep crushing

Dodgers strand 12 on base. Greinke breaks collarbone, unbelievable. Fuck the Padres.

0-1-1 -0.30 units today

14-7 +3.09 units

Mets -102 for ½ units
Mets hit Worley very well and have seen him plenty from his Phillies days. Numerous Mets batters have hit him well. Worley isn't much anyway. batters hit .296 against him last season and his WHIP was 1.51. Niese is a good consistent lefty who should be successful vs the Twins left potent lineup.

Angels -1 -128 for 0.4 units

Norris struggles bad on the road 3-12 with a 6.94 ERA in 18 starts away from home last year. I think the Angels get right here in this series. I've been staying away from the Halos so far this season but I think its time to start looking at them. Hanson who is a local product will be pitching close to home and had a very good first outing @ arlington where the ball was flying. Angels win.
Astros still suck

Rockies -105 for 0.4 units

I like Colorado's bats and SP better.. usually that combined with very little juice is an auto play for me. Garland looked good in his first game and only made
75 pitches so he should be fresh. Ross made 96 pitches in 4 innings, walked 4 batters, Ross had a 1.81 WHIP and was 2-11 6ERA. Rockies lineup is potent.

TB +113 for 1/3 unit
Cobb has had tremendous success vs the Red Sox. Doubront a converted starter had a 5.33 ERA @ Fenway last season. Cobb enjoyed a solid outing on Saturday, holding the Indians scoreless for 7 1/3 innings to notch his first win of the season. He is 2-0 with a 1.80 ERA in two career starts at Fenway.

Will add 1 maybe 2 plays tomorrow.

Indians -1 +104 for 1/3 unit

Masterson is always solid @ home. He's been dealing thus far this season.. WS are coming off rough series with Nats, used up a lot of BP.
I think Cleveland gets it done here.

Might not care but I still think they win.. Cards won 4 in a row, brewers stank..

White sox - 1 +101 for 0.4 units
Myers bad in spring, bad in first few appearances.. Fade city..

Texas - 118 0.3 units

Bedard has been dominating.

Hitters on both sides have hardly seen opp pitchers.

4-1, 3-2 written all over it.

Blue Jays -1 +107 for ½ unit

Going to fade White Sox in certain spots, they are cold.
BJ hitters have very good success vs Floyd and obviously the WS haven't seen much of Buehrle.

2 losing days in a row, small losing days but losing days nonetheless. two ties yesterday.

I like this card quite a bit.

Oak -1 -154 for 0.55 units
Astros are still a terrible team. Tired BP, shitty BP. OAK offense manufactures runs like crazy. Griffin has been
dominant, in spring and in first two starts. Hes been nothing but solid since joining MLB. Again, Astros are horrible.

Det -1 -126 for 0.45 units
Fading Harang. I follow Dodgers very closely and Harang was horrible in spring. They got rid of his ass quick and so did
the Rockies. For some reason the M's wanted him. Fister has been solid lately and I like the tigers lineup much better.
Seattle's offense is still not good.

STL FF -105 for 0.20 units
Stl -1 -108 for 0.10 units
STL TT ov 4.5 for 0.10 units
game ov 8.5 for 0.10 units

Fading Sanchez who might be leaving MLB soon. Pirates hit Westbrook so I took some over. Also Cards BP is real bad
so I took some FF.

Cin -1 +104 for 0.4 units
Kendrick has really bad #'s vs Reds, Phillies offense is almost nonexistent. Reds lineup always a beast. Homer Bailey
approaching prime age and Im expecting a good season from him and he should be able to limit Philles runs.

LAD -1 -114 for 1/3 unit
I still think Marquis sucks. Cap is a pretty solid pitcher. I just think the Dodgers win this game, call it instinct
or whatever but I feel the Dodgers offense does something good tonight.

ATL -1 -120 for 1/4 unit
Taking this small.. 4 of ATLs hitters have very good success vs Guthrie. Had to take this for a stab.

0.15* Astros +½ +105 first 5
0.10* Astros +152 first 5

Norris is a much better pitcher than Colon. Batters are hitting over .300 on Colon. Tons of value here.

DET/SEA under 3½ first 5 -130
for 0.3 units
Two pitchers who are dealing, day game. Tired lineups who probably just want this game over.

After the horrible day yesterday its nice to start the day off with a winner, an ez winner too.

24-17 +3.02 units

Like both of these plays a lot.. If I didn't lose 3 out of the last 4 days, I would of went bigger..

AZ +106 for 0.4 units
Hughes had a terrible spring and was killed in both starts and couldn't even last 4 innings. Corbin pretty solid in both starts and is a streaky pitcher, it appears he is feeling good now. Yanks BP has been bad. I'll take Zona.

TB -127 for 0.4 units
Price owns the O's, has tremendous #'s vs them. He has a 2.54 ERA @ Camden too. Gonzalez is not as good @ Camden. 4.54 ERA, he has fared better on the road. Rays will start putting it together and I think it starts now.

25-18 +2.94 units

CWS -1 -113 for ½ unit
Not a fan of Worley, 10 ERA already this season, 1.5 WHIP and batters hit .296 vs him all last season.. Peavy has been dealing. Peavy has good #'s vs Minny and I see no reason why he shouldn't own them some more.

Tex -1 -150 for 0.4 units
Saunders career 9.38 ERA @ Arlington. Darvish is a stud. Seattle bats aren't doing as good as people think, team still struggles hitting the ball. Texas can hit @ home.

SF -1 -157 for 0.4 units
Volquez has been torched this season. 11.68ERA batters are hitting .358 vs him. SD took advantage of a Dodgers team who is reeling. Giants back home where
they play well and Bumgarner is pitching and he has been dealing. 1.77 ERA, 0.98 WHIP. In fact the Giants haven't been behind in any of his three starts.

Col -1 +114 for 0.4 units
Rockies had the luxury of staying home while AZ had to travel from NY to Colorado overnight. AZ also played 12 innings of baseball. Rockies have good #'s vs Kennedy and he has not been himself this season. Rockies always torched the ball @ home.

Balt -125 for 1/3 unit
Orioles are feeling high off another walkoff win, Dodgers are depressed and cold. I'm simply betting the happier, looser team here. O's find a way to win, Dodgers find ways to lose. Something will happen to make the Dodgers lose.

ML Parlay +120 for 0.2 units
Tex/SF

Fading Saunders 9.38ERA @ Arlington and his flyball pitching ass and fading Volquez who can't get anyone out.

Will add 1 maybe 2 more tomorrow.. One is a first five innings, which isn't available overnight..

GL

Colorado is a major sleeper this year. Surprisingly (at least to me), their pen is rock solid. They completely shut down the Mets after the Mets feasted on the back end of their rotation. The offense is going to produce big time. I like this Rosario kid alot. Chacin has been great too.

Way too cheap at home with their ace on the hill IMO. GL

Worely is out of shape, and has lost a couple mphs on his fastball. Agree with the Volquez analysis, that's a juicy matchup.

I'm backing STL also. I think Halladay has to prove he's "back" against a major league lineup. The Marlins lineup he faced was a joke. Garcia was very sharp in his last outing.

White sox game cancelled...

Counting this as one play.. It's a mix of astros first five..

Astros +106 ff

0.65* BRAVES -1 -142
Braves bats have been cold but going against Sanchez should wake them up. He is terrible and has yet to shown he deserves to be pitching in the majors.
If the Braves don't party too hard tonight they should be able to do enough to avoid getting swept. Medlen has been a stud.

Rays -105 for 0.4 units
Milone struggles on the road.. This season is one start he got beat up by the Angels and last season he had a 4.77 ERA and batters hit .316 vs him on the road. The A's have been cold since coming to TB. TB has very good history vs Milone as well. I think the Rays sweep.

1-1 -0.52 units
31-21 +3.36 units

Braves are going bad if they can't hit Sanchez. Well they did hit him but couldn't manufacture any runs.

Blue Jays/O's over 8½ -120 for 1/4 unit
Blue Jays/O's over 9 +110 for 1/4 unit

1/2 unit overall.

Like this play a lot. Two struggling pitchers who have 1.40 or higher WHIPs in last 40 starts. Tillman has struggled in all three of his starts this season. He's allowed 11 earned runs and 19 hits in just 14 innings after battling through injuries in Spring Training. Happ who is notorious for struggling on the road has already struggled in one road start this year and had an almost 6 era on road in 2012 and in 2011 went 1-9 with a 6.62 ERA. Two potent lineups and Toronto has good history vs Tillman. Also both BPs have been pretty taxed lately, I don't see either of these pitchers going far.

This is a solid play.

Indians -106 for 0.4 units
Low juice while having the better pitcher, Masterson is a way better pitcher than Axelrod. Axel has a 1.57 WHIP. Also the White Sox can't hit, Dunn is useless.

Cards -104 first five for 0.4 units

Fading Haren, Shelby is a new pitcher so batters havent seen him much, which means he has an edge. Plus his fastball velocity is something amazing.
I think Shelby can out pitch Haren who hasn't looked good at all.

Cubs +0.5 first five +100 for 0.2 units
Cubs +145 first five for 0.15 units

I've always been high on Wood, he has good stuff and is a solid pitcher. Leake has bad history vs the Cubs. Numerous players smoke him.
FF cause Cubs BP sucks penis.

Braves -114 for 0.3 units
Minor has been unhittable this season, Francis has been a gascan. Getting the superior pitcher at low juice is appealing. Braves are a little cold so thats why its a smaller wager.

Blue Jays/O's over 8½ -120 for 1/4 unit
Blue Jays/O's over 9 +110 for 1/4 unit

1/2 unit overall.

This is a solid play.
GL today Gyno. I have been eyeing that Jays/O's over for a couple days now. Just waiting to make sure Eddings isn't behind the plate. Two potent offenses and two struggling pitchers.

why is the line moving the other way?

I've been eyeing this one too thats why I bet it overnight.

Was thinking the same thing. I don't get the line movement. Maybe they know something we don't like the ump. Kulpa, Eddings or Kellogg would be bad.

Brewers game -120 for 1/4 unit
Brewers FF -0.5 +100 for 1/4 unit
Milw bats .289 vs LHP, Richard has horrific history vs Brewers. They bat
.370 vs him in 72 ABs. Gallardo looking to prove himself. Padres 1-6 @ home

Dodgers -1 for -105 for 0.4 units
Making this wager cause Kershaw has good #'s vs Mets and @ citi, also
he almost always bouncesback after a poor start. Dodgers hitting .287 vs LHP
this season

Braves -116 for 1/3 unit
Francis WHIP last 13 games 1.64, Minor 0.80
Francis typically struggles in day games too.

Blue Jays -104 for 1/3 unit
Gonzalez struggles a bit @ home and is dealing with control issues,
walking nine and striking out nine in his first three starts. Dickey
is still a great pitcher.

Was Eddings behind plate?

Both pitchers looked like cy young out there.

Was Eddings behind plate?

Both pitchers looked like cy young out there.

He wasn't, but the wind coming in from right really helped keep the ball in the park a few times. Watched the game and there were a few smoked shots that just got knocked down.

I really hate todays card, looked into it extensively and came away with only 1 play and I don't even love that play. Since I did put a lot of work into todays card I will post my leans and my one play. A lot of wind blowing out today, almost all ballparks.

Heres my play:
Boston -1 -101 for 0.4

Anderson has been walking batters at an alarming rate this season (2+ in every game) and was blasted out of his last two starts. His ERA is 6, WHIP almost 1.7. Exited last game with a sprained ankle and is simply a mess right now. Lester on the other hand has looked like the early fave
for AL Cy Young award, he's just been dominant. A's batters haven't seen much of Lester and the little they have they hit under .143 against him.
Also think Boston wants some revenge here for yesterdays game, they will comeback focused and ready to give the home fans a much better performance. Lots of reasons to like Boston. I am concerned with the Line movement.

36-23-10 (thats right 10 pushes already this season)

+4.52 units (avg risk size is 0.42 units)

Yanks -1 +100 for ½ units
Gardner, Cano, Wells, Ichiro, Hafner and Boesch all own Buerhle, that alone is reason enough to back the Yanks.
Buerhle ERA is 6, WHIP is 1.66 this season. Blue Jays BP has been used up a bit too. Kuroda solid(wish the
Dodgers didn't get rid of him) XERA of 2.78, WHIP 1.00 this season and a 1.17 WHIP in last 97 starts.

Reds +127 for 1/3 unit
Just don't trust Gonzalez right now, something is off with him. Nationals are struggling too. BP sort of a mess. I like Reds lineup better and they have been smashing lefties this season.. Like the price. Arroyo has been nothing but solid in spring and this season. Value.

Cubs -110 for 1/3 unit
Slowey is not as good as the #'s suggest this season. Jackson has pitched better than his #'s suggest. Marlins are
God awful and the perception is legit. The cubs are a little better than advertised.

Rockies +122 for 0.2 units
Rockies first five +110 for 0.15 units
AZ hitting .196 vs LHP. Something isn't right with Cahill IMO. Doing first five because Rockies BP has been used a bit
and AZ has a really good BP.

Angels -1 +109 1/4 unit
Still not a believer in Maurer. I know he was good in last two games but until he does it vs anyone other than Texas I will
fade. Small wager.

And of course the Astros fade is starting today
