fantasy league #10 pick

Pretty much a regular
Anybody give me a little advice on how to go about with the # 10 pick in a 10 person league?

3 thoughts

1. take 2 rbs
2. take 2 badass wrs
3. take rb and wr

???

I wait a long time.....then wr/rb or get good qb +rb/wr

I think I usually go 1 RB/1 QB in this situation, depending on the QB's that get there. I just get a little more excited about a great QB than the 8th running back on the board. You need to hit on your sleeper RB's later though.

I think it depends a lot on the league scoring settings... 6 pt passing tds? If so, yeah I'd go RB/QB there. If not 6 pt tds I'd go RB and Megatron if he's still on the board. Is it ppr? If so, I wait on a QB and either get 2 RBs that will also catch a lot of balls or 1 of those RBs and Megatron or Marshall (maybe even Graham if ppr and depending who's left on the board).

So, what's the scoring settings? That's the key... Also, 1 QB league?

Def RB/RB this year...it's deep up top so u are getting strong backs..

2 of Alfred Morris, Steven Jackson, or Matt Forte.

id go rb/rb/wr/wr/rb/qb first six.

should look something like:

Morris
Jackson
Roddy
V Jax
Lacy
Stafford

10 team league you can wait until the 10th round or so for a QB. Load up on RBs then move to WR. RB,RB,RB,WR,WR, RB, WR, WR/RB, QB and you'll still end up with luck/romo/kaepernick/Wilson

This.

You might even be able to get Richardson, McCoy (if you're not drafting with savvy guys). RB/RB 1&2 and then RB/WR or WR/RB in 3rd/4th.....However, if Graham is there at 30 you MUST take him.

Remember, there are 12 QB's who are good enough to start in 10 team leagues by my count this year; and after the top few, there isn't much separation, although, I think Luck will be huge this year. Point is, don't take a QB before round 7 if you can avoid it.

H- would you take Luck with last pick in the 5th
or first pick in 6th?

What Jump said. He should be there 70/71. If not Romo should be, if Kap and Wilson are gone. All will be solid. I rank them Luck/Kap/Romo/Wilson, but arguments can be made for any of them.

I forgot to include Stafford in this group as well.

Do not take a QB in round 5/6. Probably shouldn't take one 7/8. Take best available in 9/10, it will be a starter caliber
