gimme some dejuan harris

will be interested to see what news comes out of seattle this week regarding rb. early gut tells me in an easy win game at home, they take a look at both guys during the game letting each guy touch the ball in the 15 range.

Denard not very appealing considering the starting rb in this offense has only barely broken 20 twice all year.

Too early in the week to form any concrete views on the games for me.

He should score 3X his salary easily this week vs a team who has all but packed it in.

Bryce Brown not even on fd roster yet. If he is cheap it might be a steal...or he could fumble 3x. Dude has talent and is shifty though, in a matchup where I could see the Hawks leading comfortably and looking to shorten the game.

Can't believe I'm saying this but a Ryan/Julio stack may be a great combo this week. Jags pass D will not be able to stop Julio. Rivers threw for 300 4td, Mariota threw for 3 and ran one in. Hell, even EJ threw for 2 without Watkins vs Jax. Would have to think Ryan is low owned given the recent state of the Falcons....

Not too much talk of defenses in these threads, but they are often the picks that get you over the top into big $$ in tourneys.. Texans D has a great matchup vs Indy. Watt is going to go off on the Colts, whose o line is in shambles. There is no better week to target the best defensive player in the game than this one. Hasselbeck is banged up, and old, Clowney has started to come around. I can easily see a bunch of sacks, forced fumble scoop & score.

He's not in dk or fd player pool so we can stop discussing him. Players can't be added after contests are made

When I started messing around with lineups yesterday, this is where it brought me.......

Like my team this week...

I know there is no stack but I feel good about this team. Cam is on a mission and the Giants D is terrible.

Heath Miller should be great considering Den corners will be shadowing Bryant and Brown.

nothing wrong with naked Cam this week against what is one of the worst defenses in the league. The problem is, it hasn't paid to pay up for qbs this year in GPPs....in cash thats fine.

I think Bengals D is an all in. Not too bad of price and should score 12+

Adrian Peterson
1400 yards and 14 Touchdowns in 12 career games against the Chicago Bears. In a week where everyone is going to try and find the "cheap" value options after all of the injuries.....one man will be in a majority of my lineups. He's leading the league in touches, rb tds, and total yards from scrimmage. Vikings are off two straight losses, and they seem to feed AP after a loss. Bears rank dead last against the run according to DVOA....they give up 4.7 yards a carry and 125 a game.....

With a defense on DK....you're looking at turnovers, and special teams plays.

How many TO's does Gabbert have so far? How has the bengals D looked so far? Will AJ McCarron give SF short fields? SF's offensive splits at home vs on the road are night and day.

Couldn't agree more...he was also my number 1 pick in my big ff draft so i'll have a ton riding on him this week.

Looking at that matchup the only other person on my radar is Alshon. I think he's due for a huge game

Most of Alshons routes should come against Trae Waynes....as good as he was in college...it hasn't translated to the pro-level.

Melvin Gordon

If you want to be on someone that I believe only a small % of people will be on here is a play....Here's my thinking, Miami is terrible against the run. I just watched a platoon of Giants RBs run crazy on Miami's D. The Giants haven't run on anyone all year. Miami gives up 4.1 ypc, and 131 a game. Gordon has yet to get a rushing TD this year...

The problem with Gordon, is McCoy is stupid, he also doesn't get enough usage, he averages 13 attempts a game. Chargers are usually losing, and they're usually losing early...which fucks game script. Also Woodhead steals carries from Gordon when they get into the Red Zone, when they're losing...Woodhead has 24 carries inside the RZ, vs Gordons 14 this year....

So, it could be a sneaky GPP play at 3800, it leaves you some room for error. Would not play him in cash games (h2g, double ups)

When I'm looking at plays I like to look at a few things.

-DVOA stats by defense, specifically, how teams fair against #1WR/#2WR/TE, against RBS.
-perceived ownership potential.
-Guys that were highly owned the week before, that fucked people.
-guys that are due for regression

With that said

Some WR's with good matchups, that won't be highly owned.

Kamar Aiken against KC defense (ranks 28th in DVOA against #1WR) had 7 targets, 5 receptions and 90 yards last week at home against Seattle.....

Brandon Marshall
against Dallas Defense (ranks 31st DVOA against #1WR) has been unstoppable all year.. will be highly owned, but think you have to have alot of him this week.

Anyone on SD offense
. miami's secondary like I touched on last week ranks 25th or worse in every defensive statistic....SD offense is due for an offensive outburst after
They've scored just 3 points in 3 of the last 4 games. They've scored 25+ against defenses like, Cleveland, Detroit, Baltimore, Oakland, Jacksonville this year.....I would say Miami is on par with the teams mentioned.

First Lineup I put into the Millionaire maker

QB Stafford
RB Peterson
RB Gordon
WR AIKEN
WR Megatron
WR Julio
TE Watson
Flex Bolden
Def Seattle

Feel its a little chalky, but I'm banking on people staying away from STafford because of his stinker last week....and the stacking the Bucs last week not working out against the Saints defense.

I left 800 on the table.

Put in a similar team with...

SF defense is terrible, but they've actually been not bad against the run @ HOME. With that said, they've given up some big yards to "bigger backs" Eddie Lacy and Money Lynch both went for 20/120+ Jeremy Hill is 6'2/235

Alshon has a calf issue now, always something with him. Hoping he plays as I want to use Zac Miller for a cheap TE who has been producing.

I can't trust Ryan against anyone right now especially on road...Feel like ATL has quit.. Way better options out there.. Even in the same game IMO

True but not one of those receivers OR their QBs is playing to the level of where OBJ AND Eli are playing IMO

anyone think there are less FD DK commercials now. ?

From espn:

Meanwhile, DraftKings has curtailed marketing across the board. In the second week of November, it spent just $400,000 on commercials, compared with $13.7 million in the first week of September, according to iSpot.tv. Amid heightened scrutiny, the business is lying low. DraftKings claims in a statement that this was premeditated. "Our strategy on advertising was to have a strong presence in the market for the two weeks prior to the start of the season and the first week of the season. Since then, we've scaled back every week in keeping with that strategy."

That is absolutely sick. I love watching that defense every chance I can

I don't follow the NFL very closely, is Revis still considered the premiere corner or are Norman and others now in that conversation more?

Cooks beat up on Norman, because Norman slipped on a crossing route....and at that point I believe the game was a blowout.

Broncos have a couple of them.

Yah, Chris Harris is elite.

Not exactly sure on this stat, but I believe the Bronco corners have only given up 1 or 2 TDS this year.

I'm fading this game tonight. Evans workload goes through the roof when Vjax is hurt, and they're still limiting ASJ quite a bit....he played like 26 snaps last week...so im not sure if he's still hurt or he's not in shape. All St Louis can do is run the ball, and Tampa ranks very highly against the run according to DVOA. Winston is the only QB that has started at least 10 games this year w/o a 300 yard passing game.

Evans should see some targets but he will be matched up against Trumane Johnson, he's elite, and he just completely shutout a guy you might have heard of Megatron.

I am very torn on whether or not to play Evans

I have Evans against Rams, Badlwin against Browns, E Sanders against Pit, and Reuben against Panthers. of those Evans feels like the bench but I am torn.

St Louis is #4 against #1WR and #3 against #2 WR............

Feel like this is a very low scoring game,

I'd bench Evans, as Baldwin is a must start, Sanders has more upside than Evans, in what could potentially be a shootout, and Randle will get targets if OBJ is blanketed by Norman....
