Miami starting backcourt is 1-28 shooting the past two games lmao. I can’t believe that’s real.

I think it’s damn impressive Miami has made it this far. I’ve never been a huge heat fan this year in that I don’t think you can win a title with neither of your two stars being a threat from three in today’s nba. But also look at this roster, bunch of second rounders and undrafted guys plus old Lowry. The herro injury is pretty big obviously too

In fairness to heat the injuries been a huge part this series, I know Boston has had a few but not to their stars. Butler been a shell since his knee problem flared up, missing Herro a killer for them as they don’t have anyone else who can get their own offense like him.

I think heat would have won game 5 had Butler been himself and Herro played, it ain’t like Boston was good in that game, they were actually pretty damn terrible till the 4th!! Brown gets his pocket picked every time he puts it on the deck, Tatum was faking a shoulder injury every time he bricked another shot!! At one point brown and Tatum had as many turnovers as baskets!! Problem was that shooting display by Heat was about the ugliest thing Ive ever seen from A high school team let alone a team in the Nba conf finals! That seriously looked like a group of disabled kids at the Y trying to shoot nba 3’s! They woulda broke windows shooting that shit in the driveway!
 
Even knowing none these games been close it still really tough to lay 8 points. I couldn’t do it. Money line too damn expensive to even use as a parlay partner. I ended up playing a couple props.

Brown ov 33.5 “par”. His total points was 24.5 and he been like right at that in 3 of the 5 games, I leaned over points but he has gotta at least 9 boards/dimes in every game besides gm 5 so playing the points/assist/reb being exactly 9 more than points seemed to make more sense as he been dd reb/dimes in 3 of the 5 games.

Bam under 28.5 “par”., I dunno why Robert Williams didn’t check him much in gm 5? I was scratching my head when he kept getting matched up with horford or even Tatum or brown some? That only time bam gets aggressive, when rob Williams checking him he curls up like a little bitch and disappears. What the odds Bam asserts himself 2 games in a row no matter who on him? Even being more aggressive last game he still only cleared this by a half point!
 
Shame turnovers can’t be added to brown prop! Lol. I didn’t even think to look at those cause I never have: dude gets his pocket picked so often he has to wear a chain on his wallet when he goes out!!

I mean has any conf final game on either side been closer than 10? That what I kept trying to tell myself but still couldn’t pull trigger. Trying to talk old lady into going up to casino to play some table games, if it works maybe there be a chance to bet them live at a better number? Of course that been rare also, last game only 1 I recall where we had lead changes even in 1st half! What a series! Lol

Spoelstra sounded completely resigned yesterday, can't blame him. No Herro, Jimmy and him never got along anyway. Should be a shit game and I don't even know if the excitement is enough for Celts to cover.

Heat have heart, but that’s only taking them so far.
 
Garbage Boston strikes again. I swear the fact they prob going to finals is just more proof how weak the league is. Be hilarious If they fuck around and lose game 7 but I’ll prob bet them. Glad they made line so high tonight so it kept me away, letting a beat to shit heat team take them 7 is pathetic.
 
Why would tatum and brown only take 12 and 13 shots in a close out game? That ain’t what superstars do. One man show on a bum knee damn near hangs 50 to beat them without much help, lol.

As much as i dislike boston and think they been overrated by folks i do think they the play here, they have shown up every time their backs been against the wall, the effort they often give off a win or in a non "must win" game has been pathetic but they rose to the occasion in games 6 and 7 vs bucks, took care of heat in every game after a loss, as you said they the better team and they been showing it in these spots, home/road hasnt mattered. It would serve them right to lose but i dont think they will,, i passed on them at home, mostly cause the spread was so high but also didnt trust them, so glad they lost and gave us another chance to get them cheap at maimi!!
 
i dont see much reason not to play Bam under "par" again, only 1 lower than last game at 27.5 and he didnt sniff that. total waste of talent this guy is, absolutely no drive.

white ov 11.5 points/assist.. dude has really came thru the last 3 games in this series, he been flying past this number and dont see any reason why it wouldnt continue. long as he continues getting the minutes he should smash this and i think his play has earned him continuing to see 25+..game 3 where he only played 14 min was the only game he didnt have at least 4 dimes and he been 6-5-5 the last 3 gms, this only 3 higher than his point total so think there definitely value having the assist with the points.

Will take 70 from Butler and Lowry.

If Jimmy has another Game 6 the way LeBron did against the Celtics in 2012 I think we may have another Boston Tea Party but this time taking our own boats and ships down to Miami

Will never forget the look in LeBrons eyes going into that game and going oh s*** we're screwed. And Jimmy has that same mentality

Prime Lebron was top 15 all time. Butler isn’t even top 15 in the league. Plus he’s playing with g leaguers who are overachieving. Not HOF Bosh and Wade!

Jimmy is top 15 for sure IMHO, but I'll defer to the experts on the forum in regards to that

I'm not worried about the Celtics tonight though

You mean top 15 right now I hope? Not all time? I guess it debatable, in playoffs i think he a top 10 guy in league right now. Still not close to bron prime but these Celtics really not all that special either.

I think he deserves mention as a playoff performer but I’d still blame Boston as much as give him credit tonight. They shouldn’t even be in this spot if they played close to as good everyone thinks they are!! All I know they lucky he got banged up and Herro got hurt or they prob already fishing, they didn’t really play well enough to win gm 5 so much as heat were just awful!! I don’t think boston
As good we talk about them being, I’m positive they lose to milw if Middleton played: only reason I’m backing them this series cause I’m real low on heat! Lol
 
Celtics aren’t “special” yet but they’ll get there with this group. They were basically a lottery team in terms of chemistry and record 3-4 months ago. Tons of room for growth.
 
Got 6 units risk Scottie golf and CS ML at around +290. Think I grabbed Sheff at +125.

Got 4 units open parlays +125 and -105 I’ll likely close with Cs

Then I can lay up to another right with the local.

I might be on the streets tomorrow
 
But since this is a discussion I'm nervous, won't lie about that, but I cannot see how the Celtics defense doesn't show up early. Game 6 was an enigma after the Horford news but - just get Tatum going early and

I can’t believe those assholes almost blew it: they really tried to win and not cover but I played ml so after butler bricked the wide open 3 I was done worrying in a game that shoulda been stress free!!

I simply don't have a clue where Boston wins two of the first four. HIGHLY unlikely they win one in SF, then we get to the point I'd prefer GSW to win 2 in Boston over Boston so that would be another non-chase. Pretty confident they either come back to SF up 3-1 or with the trophy.
