So the Kaleb Johnson thing - idk, that ultimately cost us the game but there were a few things that Tomlin did today that just sucked that he’s been criticized for before - no adjustments from previous seasons
4th and 1 on the 50 and he doesn’t go for it, as the Pittsburgh post gazette put it “they are living in their fears”
I don’t know this for sure, but I’m pretty sure that every pass that darnold threw in the 2H was right down the middle. Some of that might be tied to injuries on the Steelers defensive, but to do nothing about it makes no sense
The end of the game - Steelers are down 14 with 3:20 and 3 timeouts. It’s pretty unlikely the Steelers would come back and win but there is no reason not to at least try. Rodgers takes a sack on first down, they let the playclock get down to 15. 2nd down Rodgers completes a pass, and the 3rd down snal comes with 20 seconds on the playclock. I don’t get it - try to score quick and there’s a chance you can at least get the ball back
