Lets reprise this fun little game...

Lets try to stick to this criteria though: Rank these on both eye test and resume( a combination) through 8 weeks

We'll use 6-5-4-3-2-1 point system rewarded inversely to tally points. I'll post the rankings Friday afternoon.

Think this through, post a summary too if you would like. I expect 20-25 rankings. Thank you.

3. Oklahoma
4. LSU (defense)
5. Alabama (feels like they cover with tua and smoke n mirrors. Like nothing about them outside of their insane pass o.)
6. penn state

1) Ohio St
2) LSU
3) Alabama

1. LSU - strongest resume
2. OSU - strongest eye test team imo
3. Alabama - great eye test and good resume
4. Oklahoma - great eye test
5. Clemson - probably underrating them based on unc game but stronger resumes above
6. Penn state - eye test is up and down here but strong resume

I 100% agree with survive&advance
1. LSU - next 2 games are all that matters
2. OSU - they MAY be most complete team
3. Alabama - injuries galore - still scary good
4. Oklahoma - need to face a complete team
5. Clemson - doubt them a tad more than OU
6. Penn St - solid resume compared to most

1) OSU
2) LSU
3) Oklahoma
4) Bama
5) Clemson
6) Florida

With an enormous gap between 5 and just about anyone else

1. Ohio state
2. Lsu
3 alabama
4 oklahoma
5 clemson
6 pedo state (ugh)

Clemson's conference just hurting them for me and since lsu and bama play, all clemson has to do is win as dd faves in every game to make my final four.

As all are undefeated i used my personal valuation on strength of schedule to seed.

1. Alabama
2. LSU
3. Clemson
4. Ohio St.
5. Oklahoma

Updated.

1. LSU
2. Ohio St.
3. Alabama
4. Clemson
5. Penn St.
6. Oklahoma

And yes I firmly think the playoff should be 6 teams. No more, no less.

My rankings this week
1. LSU (still strongest resume imo)
2. Ohio state (still strongest eye test, would be my #1 if this were power rankings)
3. Alabama
4. Clemson
5. Penn state
6. Florida

1. Ohio state (last week #1)
2. Lsu (last week #2)
3 alabama (last week #3) - An argument could be made for as low as #5
4 Clemson (last week #4) - An argument could be made for as low as #5
5 Pedo State (last week #6) - An argument could be made for as high as #3.
6 Baylor - Best resume of remaining unbeatens

Hahahahaha

Do I have to tell you that LSU has the best resume?

And that I think Ohio St might be the most complete team?

Are 2 completely different things.

But you said LSU should be #1 and OSU is the most complete team. Shouldn't the most complete team be #1?

Penn State at #4...this is why playoff expansion is a bad idea...if it‘s already this hard to find four elite teams

there is zero chance the defending national champs who have multiple NFL prospects get left out if they go undefeated , correct ?

please tell me college football isn’t that broken to leave them out

Well, they had a berth before season started. Two teams above them will have a loss so they are fine. They don't deserve to be top 3 though.

I think the biggest discussion point is where Oklahoma was placed. Are they saying that the Pac 12 has a better chance of a bid than OU?
