CFL Syndicate 2024

Weather forecast for both games looks stellar tomorrow. Some light winds in la belle province but nothing that should have a major effect.

One thing of note...Montreal's punter Zema was limited in practice all week with a knee injury of some sort. He is listed as the punter this week but it makes me wonder if he could be less than 100%.

Austin Mack also a game time decision for the ALs.

Thx.

In addition to losing RT Josh Donovan a couple weeks ago, now his replacement Jamar McGloster is listed as a GTD. If he can't go, the ALs will be down to 6 dressed lineman and having to juggle the line.

FraudDuel put up their grey cup lookahead lines. I put as much as I could down on Toronto +3.5 vs Winnipeg. What a stupid line.

Sometimes being an advantage bettor is like being a parent and the books are your children. When they make a mistake they must be punished. And the only punishment they understand is to take their money.

One last prop I like in the late game.

0.5* Prop Samuel Emilus over 5.5 receptions +100

Over the past few games Emilus has emerged as an important target for Trevor Harris. He has averaged 8 targets and 5.7 receptions per game down the stretch. Now Shawn Bane jr. is out this week and he was averaging 5.3 targets per game. I think Emilus gobbles up a few of those extra targets which should give him a better than even chance of eclipsing this receptions mark.

Alright lets bring this whole mess of a card into one post on the new page...

1*/.5* Toronto +3.5/ML -110/+158
1* Saskatchewan +4.5 -110

0.5* Prop Cody Fajardo under 274.5 pass yards -110
0.5* Prop Damonte Coxie under 4.5 receptions -135
0.5* Prop Samuel Emilus over 5.5 receptions +100

Thats the sign of life I was looking for. Kelly leads them on a TD drive with 35 secs left. Montreal dominated the 1st half but the Argos came to life and lead by 5.

For a change I am happy theres instore proline, couldn't get any reception while I was out so popped in to a corner store and got Tor/Mon o52.5 100/180 crap odds but at least I got it in, lol.
For the late game I took Sask/Wpg o47.5 50/87

Hulu, just want to say Thanks for all you do in this thread the knowledge and viewpoint you display here is what actually got me back into CFL betting this season. Cheers & BOL Steve

Thanks man, I appreciate you saying that. I love the CFL warts and all and its good to be able to pocket some money from it too. I'll be back next season to do it all again.

They should have gone for that 3rd and 1. Stay aggressive and then try to rush for a TD. They can't afford to waste scoring opps when they now have Arbuckle at QB

Well Arbuckle has always been better coming off the bench than starting. Maybe he can lean on the running game and 'game manage' the Argos to a win

Dimwit better keep the pedal to the metal, instead of his usual play safe offense he goes to after he gets a lead and they blow it. Fajardo can pick these weak DBs and Safties apart with his eyes closed, D needs to come up big !!!

ANyone remember several years ago when Kevin Glenn led Winnipeg to a Grey Cup berth but broke his leg in the west final and couldn't start? It was Ryan Dinwiddie who had to start his first game as a rookie in the Cup game. History is repeating

Oh wow. Well then I'd say Peg -8.5 is probably about right for next week. Too bad, that would have been a great matchup.
Yea I think there will be some interesting lines next couple of days if its up around +8.5 +10 neighborhood I will prolly be grabbing some of that 4 sure.

Results through Div Finals

Sides 29-18-1 +7.025*
Totals 5-9 -6.62*
Parlay/Tease 5-4 +1.62*
Live/2H 13-8 +3.005*
Props 1-5 -2.875*
Futures 2-1 +0.40*

Overall 55-45-2 +2.555*

4-5 for a small loss in the finals. Have to stop playing props, they are killing my record.

Still have a half unit on Toronto to win the cup at +660 but with Kelly gone that's looking like a loss unless Arbuckle can play the game of his life combined with a defensive or special teams score or two.
