C-MAN NHL 2025-26

That is a concern i am having with this play. Started off similar to pitt recent games...they have been having trouble closing. And you know pitt way better than i do!

I joined that +220 for a unit! Glad i looked in here. I was working in garage.

Locked in a small winner. Could be a bigger one.
 
Listening to the last period, pens seemed to play nearly flawless defense and severly limited detroits scoring chances the last 10 minutes. Something to see if that is a trend or an anomoly.
 
Going to add philly +135. Vlader got the nod. Early reports had mee off this cause it showed ersson. Lost a little value, but i like the number
 
Ugh. I haven’t had any time to look at stuff today and now heading out to a concert. May have to pass on the rest of this card or just tail if you’ve got anything good!
 
Yep, I watched the 3P and Pens played great. I was regretting that bet pretty early in the third period
 
HAd planned on digging in deeper in the stuff i didnt get to, but got tied up with other things. I wish i had jusy played a half unit on the detroit live, but hindsigjt is always 20/20. It was too attractive, based on price and history to not take a stab.

Weird slate 2morrow. Going with three for a half unit a piece. Will be rooting for a pens win and to see if they keep up the defensive intensity. If the 1st period total is 1.5 and not weirdly juiced. Might look at it.

Will probably join you on that hawks puck line play. Not sure what to do with Colorado. Miner prob in net. Both games he played in this season went to OT (one was in relief).
 
Mon vs Dallas game is interesting. Mon had to play in StL yesterday afternoon and now a day game in Dallas who hasn’t played since Jan 1. Does Montreal have anything left in the tank? They lost to Dallas 7-0 last meeting, but Dallas has been struggling and Montreal has won three out of the last four meetings in Dallas.
 
I thinl that over for colorado is a safe play. Avs will keep foot on gas and panthers should play focused after the poor showing at winter classic.

I think dallas can get off the l streak today....but i just didnt even look at it.
 
I made the avs and canes playes before i had a better read on who would be in net. If it is miner...im kinda glad. My record againat fading spot starters ia not good. Hope it doesnt swing the other way today
 
What is going on with the stars? Not only have they lost twice to chicago (who has been playing pretty well of late) during their 5 game losimg streak. Now they have a 6 game road trip facimg carolina, wash, sharks, kings, ducks, and finally utah.

It will be interestimg to see what the books do with their pricing. Somwthing to watch out for.

For today, i like rangers, wild, and maybe wash/ducks ov6. Other 2 games, neither fav nor dog are priced low/high enough to grab my attention.

Back to to work today for the first time since mid december. I should have some time to dig in deeper.
 
First day back at the office for me too, and it has been a struggle! Stars should be fine - could be some good betting opportunities on this road trip. Leans Rags and Ott. Want to be on Calgary but need to look deeper at that one.
 
Minn -117, same thougbta in previous game. Kings found the back of the net more than they have in a while. At least 1 of thwir goals was a bit flukey before they took the extra point in a shootout. Id expect they clean it up a bit here. Gustavsson gets the nod tonignt it appears. Wallstedt has been good, but over Filips last 5 games he has a 929 save % (averaging almost 26 shota faced) and has averaged 1.8 goals per game (including a shutout vs caps) over the same span.

Nyr -103. I can somewhat understand the mRket movement a little in favor of the mammoth here. Nyr comes back home to their unspectactular home record of 5-10-3 home record. Perhaps the market believes thwir winter classic performance was an anomoly. Rangers have played much better competition over the last 5, imo, despite having some key players injured. Utah has batted .500 over their last 12 on the road. Ill take what i feel is the better goalie (shesterkin vs vejmelka) and the near even money price.

Was lookimg to grab a 125 or so price on caps and ducks over 6, but mrazek was announced as the starter and now that alt total is about -165. Not going to pay -135 to over 6.5 either as i could see this being a 4-2 game. Washimgton ov 3.5 goals at even money was a consideration, but decided on the 2.5 as the 1st leg of a parlay.

As i was writing up the response to BAR in the other hockey post i considered the over wit det/ott, but felt i would stick to this thought process as merlinian has the tendancy to give up goals. I expect a spirited effort from the wings after only taking 12 shots in the saturday tilt with the pens. That was enough to make this the 2nd leg. Over 2.5 det goals was about -140.

Ill take mich st as the 3rd leg on the ml as a 10.5 home fav off a loss at nebraska (which they could have won) over a usc team, despite a good record, was just woodshedded by 30 at michigan.
 
IM already on the sj total tomorrow. But the initial prices out there on yhem against the kjngs are stupid, imo

Ive waffled back and forth with the isles. Line is begging me to take them...as most will given a 9 to zero shutout. I do think nashville is a capable squad who played poorly in their last game.

What do you see there that swayed you?

Like the oilers play. Initial lean was winnipeg, but im not getting compensated enough to take a shot with them. And i didnt find enough other factors to back the jets.
 
Isles have been poor off a shutout victory this season…something like 1-4. And Nash has won the last 6 home matchups vs Isles and are 11-2-0 in their last 13 games vs them. Plus you get a team feeling great off a 9-0 win vs a team off a loss. Nashville has not lost consecutive games since November 24.
 
I ended up going opposite with them and played on the isles, even though everything says i shouldnt. I just couldnt pass up the dog price. I hope i didnt over contrarian myself.

I cant believe they left markstrom out there for the duration. I believe they actually waived off a late goal for the isles as i was just watching the score update on scores and odds. Didnt confirm it. And it didnt matter at all, unless you played the alt -9.5 puckline, lol.
 
Haha. I didn’t know that… Pretty funny I guess they just decided to make him the sacrificial lamb. He didn’t face a ton of shots… not very good for his GAA.
 
Yeah, I also hit a nice Pens O3.5 that I played live in the 2P right when the Pens went on their 5-on-3 power-play! Looks like you crushed it tonight too. How about this football game! I have the over so need any kind of Miami score here. Would love to see OT.
 
I had ole miss +3.5 so that sucked. They left soo many points slip by and settle for field goals.

It was a fantastic game overall tho. Im paying for it this morning!

Appears they are putting lindgren in net over anderson, which significantly changes my opinion. Annuanen hasnt been confirmed yet...but is still likely.

Im flip floppimg aroumd on this one a bit. Annuanen has looked pretty sharp over his last 5 starts. Lindgren, not so much.

I think im going to lay off the side. If i het involved, it will either be a team total or the game total. If i can find a reasonably priced flat 6

Yeah, I’ll be at the game tonight. Not thrilled since it’s pretty damn cold, but will suck it up for the evening. Not sure how many more home playoff games we’re gonna get with this old roster and shake up most likely coming within the organization (unless they somehow find a great QB). On paper, Texans should win this game easy IMO but all of the intangibles are on the side of the Steelers.
 
I took u40 and hou tt un 23 for the game. Prob gonna do some kicker prop parlay (1xp &1fg each) to get to plus money.

If i had to pick a side i would take pitt and the 3.5.

Adding the over in Vegas. LFG slim. I wanted to add the over in Philly too,but took my daughter to lunch for her bday and lost track of time. Heading down to the casino around 6 PM today for a friends 60th bday. Going to watch football and play some bj and craps.
