Brewers has seen enough. Coaching carousel 2024-2025

You‘re a rational guy about this, but being a fan satisfies a significant emotional need for many people. How do you satisfy that need without being a fan?

Maybe I don’t have an empty emotional hole to fill with misplaced loyalty to a bunch of millionaires who don’t give 2 fucks bout me or their even greedier owner who can’t help but exploit “fans”. You know I’m kinda a baseball cardinal fan, of course betting and winning on or against them more important to me and while they suck like this I have no use for them!! Save my loyalty for ppl who have earned it.

Dang you kinda make me wanna go see a psychiatrist now lol

Well I am a Lions fan who bets on and against them. I don't let that cloud my gambling at all, this is separate.

The Bears getting Randle-El was a good hire for them, I really like that guy. Future star.

Had no idea Johnnie Morton was a huge part of this Lions offense. Goff and Campbell obviously felt most comfortable with him and him being one of the main architects of this offense...not too worried as a Lions fan. Crazy what these "analysts" and other senior staff people contribute that we never hear about. Whether he was a huge part of Bo Nix and Denver's offense I have no idea but the Saints guys from 2013-2016 (think he was part of that staff) seem like they had some great offensive minds learning and working with Sean Payton.

If worse comes to worse, Dan Campbell can and will call plays if the offense struggles. Helluva play caller as he showed in 2021.

If you needed further proof that the Jets are completely hopeless if Glenn didn't take the job it was going to be Vance Joseph, Jeff Hafley, or Arthur Smith. Just the absolute worst coaching search ever and I hope they find a way to never win another game again.

Engstrand is probably committing career suicide if he takes the Jets OC job. If I were him I would just stay in Detroit until a real NFL team wants him as an OC.

David Shaw to Detroit was interesting to me.

Took some research for me to understand it. I don't hate, simply in the middle here.
Nothing interesting about it he's basically on the level of Nathaniel Hackett when it comes to running an offense. Luckily for Detroit he will essentially be an errand boy spending more time at Dunkin Donuts than at the practice fields.

I'm shocked that Engstrand is betting his career on Glenn and this joke of an organization. If he's any good he will be a head coach in no time at all. If it were up to me I would have him as the head coach and Glenn still being the DC for Detroit.

I'm not a David Shaw fan at all personally. But wtf do I know

You know plenty but at least he won't be the coordinator.

Too many fancy titles for me brewers...how do these guys all communicate on game day?? You have an RGC, PGC, OC and HC...can you imagine a 4 way call for every damn play? Then tell the QB??

OC, "Alright we're doing a slant to the Y"

RGC "Brewers is hot, need to keep feeding him the rock coach"

PGC "Davis getting torched over the middle vs Y all day, we're throwing the fuckin ball"

HC "Fuck it, we're going with the tush push"

Just wanted to say fuck you Aaron Glenn for thinking you are too good for Aaron Rodgers. I will enjoy you failing miserably and look forward to the day you are fired.

Rodgers is done zo brother ...
Jets are headed in the right direction imo, as our HC and GM say "trust the process" ...
I get it thou, id want an offensive guy as HC , but maybe Glenn will mold these guys into winners.
Think they'll add a serviceable free agent and draft a QB this off-season ..
For what it's worth this draft might have 2 or 3+ diamonds in the rough that go round 3 or later.

I’m not trusting any process that leads to hiring one of the worst defensive coordinators in the league as head coach and I sure as hell am never trusting Woody Johnson who hasn’t hired even an average coach in his 25 or so years owning the team.
