Miami’s defense has allowed the other side to outscore it three times in a row and USC has no D.Spurrier has told his tm to have a good time and I believe they score a bunch of pts even with a decent Mia D.

This is a very personal play for me. The last bowl I attended was the 1993 Sugar where a very underrated team beat a dynasty in a trash talking Miami team. Cant help myself, every time I see Miami's name in print I cant help but think about that game. If U have not seen that game, take time and watch what a 'one dimensional' tm can do to a big pro type tm that was 'full of its self'' and thought they could not lose. Not saying that is the case today but I just cant find any thing about the canes to cheer about.

Thanks guys,Twink,Book, Yeah Big Bama fan and Alum...but not a diehard fan to the pt that I dont believe that my school is without problems.An yes, I understand peps hating Bama. Hell, I hated Neb and Okla back in the day when they did nothing but win. Most all of the major colleges(profs) have turned so damn liberal that I would have a hard time sitting in a class in todays times especially with my big mouth.
I held season tickets for 27 or so yrs and went to all of the Bama games with three more old farts. Now they are gone on and I gave up all of my tickets and just stay home and watch.
The 92/93 Bama D was a work of art and I cant think of no better overall. When Teague ran down the Miami recever and took the ball away from him goes down as one of my all time fav plays. One of the best memories of that game was Mia Thomas on the bench weeping like a baby. Especially after his big ass mouth had been running down Bama tm all wk long. Yeah, the ninties were good football yrs but the sixities were my favorite. No trash talking, just good hard football. Knock ur man on his ass and then reach down and help him up so u good try again. There is no fucking way I could let some of these kids of today in my face running his mouth.

Cruse, maybe ur right...but best of all she puts up with my love for football and cheers for any tm that I may have some coin on

that loss ripped my heart out Tim...I capped LSU a 17 pt fav @ 30 to 13 and gosh was I wrong...not only did i lose my coin, I lost a lot of confidence and and emotion for todays games

And on last nite Terps game, I never ever thought Stanford could outgain Maryland 414-222. ..and never expected that many pts...especially with Montgomery out I made that game 28-14....love to watch these bowl games but I mis-capp a bunch
