While this play probably doesn't stack up to the ones listed here, there was a play by Chris Weinke at FSU where they ran play action on like the half yard line...he fooled everybody and threw deep for a 99 yard TD...I tried to find the video but couldn't

FSU did that against Clemson in 2000. Was Weinke still the QB?

Anyway, none of the voting options even come close to the Puntrooski executed by FSU at Clemson in 1988. Unlike the candidates you have selected, the Puntrooski was a play it took major balls to call. It was a risky play-call that turned into greatness.
