That was high drama last night. Rewatching the 9th inning this morning, the looks on the faces in the crowd, you'd think many of them were worrying about their first born being killed. Not a fan of TBS graphics but its camera work last night and capturing those images were well done.

Got to also eat crow on the cutter thing, like anyone else I had to go watch some video when I second guess myself. Rivera's cutter most certainly started inside to lefties and kept biting further in. Also noticed quite a bit of downward movement when it approached the plate.
@cubsker was right, I probably was thinking more along the Maddux 2-seamer which it seems like more have moved to as a comeback pitch to catch the corner. I also believe the cutter is a 2-seamer as well, maybe the term gets thrown around more than it should or incorrectly, I hear about it in almost every game I watch anymore.

Same. It would have been a big deal to get Moncada with a hit there. Not just for the extra run, but to make sure he's into this series. I'll take one, but would have loved three. Also, I'm not totally sure whatshisname held the bag on that second out, but no way you blow a challenge in the first inning.

Very well. Bad series of at bats right there though. Really, all three of them were pretty terrible. Vaughn needs to see more than three pitches. Leury was way ahead in the count and whiffs on ball four.

I’m on Sox here and Braves in next game. I have some milw futures so hope they win series but tbink price today is crazy high, think it be a 5 game series. Like Morton a lot, he been in lot more these games than Burnes and has better numbers vs milw hitters than Burnes does vs Braves. Didn’t think that line should have been more than -120 at most so Braves a must imo.
Havnt did anything on the other 2 as of yet. I lean to San Fran with the idea if they gonna be dogs in both home games I can surely get 1 win, think that another 5 game series.
Lean to rays but I don’t know that pitcher so have to look. Just think rays the way better team and this prob a fast series.

Just looked at Baz for rays. Sign me up, all Rays pitchers young but the stuff plays and they always seem to be able to handle the moment. Lot of rays hit Sale and who knows how he is health wise? Rays gonna make quick work of Red Sox I think!
