***Western Conference 1st Round Discussion Thread***

Think Dallas keeps it within the number. Just looking at all past meetings this year and them taking game 2., auto gimme for Jazz game 3, maybe..

Dallas +9.5 -130 for 5units
 
Unlike the bucks without Middleton I’m still supremely confident in suns to figure it out without booker. I have no problem laying -2.5 with suns, although I do think much like I said with memphis last night this could very well be another game the home dog comes out strong and there be chances to get better numbers on suns live. Just as in the memphis game I want some of this number regardless. While it wouldn’t surprise me if Pels came out strong I actually think missing booker might have the suns matching the early intensity, I’d hate to wait and never get a chance at a better number and I feel pretty confident suns win, extremely confident they will win at least 1 in New Orleans so makes this bet easier as I’ll be willing to double or triple down if suns do lose gm3.
 
Ant Edwards ov 23.5 points. Kinda feel like grizz take strangle hold of series tonight but feel pretty good Edwards will go down swinging.

Certainly not a team as young the wolves. Problem for them is even if they play great imo there hardly any chance all those grizz players struggle like they did gm3!!

Im not sure I agree with that, the fact they here is quite the improvement, fact of matter is grizz just a year or so ahead of them in the process. I slept thru game but I heard they didn’t call 1 time out somewhere in middle the 21-0 run? Letting them play thru it probably wasn’t the best idea, I woulda called a timeout before 10-0, by 15-0 I’d be getting teed up! Lol. At 21-0 I’d been tossed out the game!!

You're giving that organization too much credit IMO. That work ethic is pathetic. None of those guys have the work ethic or desire that I've seen since KG was on that team

I just hate fucking with their games cause at any minute they capable of draining a bunch of 3s and putting a team in a big hole, I’m assuming gm3 was kinda like that then they started missing them? Only thing I feel fairly confident about is Ant stepping up and having himself a big game tonight. It only took griz all of 1 game to figure out how to negate Towns, this why they had to find Edwards cause CAT only has the talent of a 1, he has the mentality of a Uber talented 2. Edwards a legit 1 imo, he just super young and this his 1st rodeo, Ja and griz got a taste last year.

I kinda agree bout early but do think at some point they will get hot for a stretch, unlike gm3 I do like the idea of griz 1st half tonight, this series been a lot better to me than the hawks/heat fiasco, lol. I forget to look at the ant +Ja both to score 30+ prop but I’m going back to casino after the day baseball over. I’m gonna hit that one more time this series!
 
didn’t play anything side wise for that game yet. Just ant over 23.5 points to close a few parlays.

Man I put my favorite plays in parlays with City this morning and even though City were -800, at 9am I already have better odds on what I like so it's a moral victory already

Was it a easy win? -900 doesn’t add a whole lot to payouts does it? Juice worth the squeeze kinda thing.

Basically have Raps and C's +3.5 at +110 each, Jazz ML -167 and Memphis ML -115

I can have clouded judgment about City but Watford is damn near a guaranteed 4+ goals for City

I havnt had enough coffee yet cause I’m reading this thinking “no way jazz only -167 on that spread”, obviously forgetting it cause you played it wit city, lol. Think that was a pretty good move long as luka out, would think jizz get this one but that spread way too high imo, should be like -3/-4 not freaking -6! I was really tempted to play mavs again but just ignored that game since there were no Dallas props up, assuming cause they don’t know for sure luka out?
 
Kinda like Mitchell over 2.5 treys, wish I woulda paid more attention to that game but it annoyed me no mavs props out still!! Might run back to casino, or I guess I could play it in the online account but I been trying to use that for strictly baseball, lol.

Scottie Foster is who I look for…. Not sure the league cares enough to extend the Craptors but the line is strong for them considering usually teams down 0-3 see a few points inflated historically. This one is similar to g3

If they have a favorable ref tho maybe Jojo won’t be shooting 100 free throws! Plus he got the hurt finger now.
 
Feels like a game sixers lack intensity, craptors really need FVV to either knock down shots or stop jacking them and let trent and OG get more shots!

First ever playoff game I went to, Suns were down 0-3 to the Lakers and Cliff Robinson was the scorer

Suns won by 20-30 I think, like a consolation prize against Shaq and Kobe

I didn't gamble it but people were telling me how obvious that bet was. Seems like Toronto is in the same boat today, doubt we see much intensity from Philly

Tend to agree, just don’t love they know they shoulda lost gm3. I think Maxey still gives us all he got, harden no chance, Jojo probably not. If I’m the crsptirs I’m sending bunch of guys out with fouls to give and swatting his hand with the hurt finger every time! Lol

Don't you get the feeling though like Raps will just come out and treat this as a last chance to scrimmage? Not like they're winning the series, has the feel of an exhibition game for me. They might launch 40 threes

Yea, I agree. I just think blowing last game leaves a little more doubt than I would normally have. Think there a chance they have the demoralized thing going instead the last stand vibe. Plus the early start can’t be good for making 3s? If you made me bet I would take the plus money, just didn’t like it enough to bet it, All Maxey all the time, if craptors come out smoking maybe they just let harden sit his fat ass on bench and rest for gm5!!

So Scottie Barnes playing today? That helps craptors. Actually worries me a bit for Maxey prop also.
 
Luka can’t be better than Brunson has been last 2 games. Just not possible. So have to think the rust and this strong line favors Jazz bigly

It a lower line than it been. I think he will be just what they need to finish this series off in a timely manner, jazz are garbage.
 
Almost 60% in yahoo picking them SU when they’re a +200 dog. League would love a long series here and I think it starts today.
 
Meh. I don’t worry much bout that stuff. I don’t think jazz are a big enough draw for league to care all that much. Understand what you saying bout Brunson but I doubt he could continue doing what he has last few games, plus luka a better closer for my money,, I love the points, little sprinkle on ml.
