Well, last week was a winning week record-wise at 5-3 but my two bigger plays both lost. That happens, but that has been my style for a long time and it works for me. Hopefully it evens itself out the rest of the season.
I loved that Mizzou Team Total against that awful IU Defense and figured they would get a lot of possessions to help it. I watched several series and that team is just odd(well at least they were Saturday). It wasn't close so no worries...
The Oregon 1H over was also predicated on a lot of drives. Well, they stunk it up the first two real quick as well as the last two. In-between they exploded for 3 of the 4 TD's we needed but otherwise Wazzou controlled the ball. That was frustrating but it happens..
Marshall was easy. I went back and looked at my notebook today and that was the first team I really centered on this summer. And when I say that, it was a nice early August Tuesday night and Hunt got me amped up on that team for this year in many facets.
Iowa was just one of those 'SGU' plays as tee would say. Dog getting a TD. I gotta give them credit for coming back from 17-7 after the defense was on field for almost 10 mins of gametime on one drive. I was nervous at that point, but they won it on the field.
Tamu just had their wave with the Pony Express, lol. I had that one staked a bit higher but lowered for some dumb reason (smh).
Dumb 2nd half bet but the boxscore called for it for me. Things happen. Gotta make that bet more times than not.
Still cannot believe I won the Zona TT. You never know when you will get 36 quick points in the 4th, wow!
Hit the player prop on Thursday too. It only covered by the hook but I would play that at that juice everytime in that type of game
I was great with leans on Saturday too on B1G games. Utah was a situational play I looked at for weeks and never got my number so never played. I like MSU/Wisky half plays both ATS/TT and layed off, acourse. I also was almost ready to play NU at night against the Canes. Oh well, at least seeing irt well.

Michigan Thoughts...
It is pretty bad. I didn't expect them to win Saturday. I was very IMPRESSED by our defense in the first half. In fact, other than some bad calls by Mattison in 2nd half they played very well. They only gave up one 'true' drive, which was the start of the 3rd. This is going to be a good defense, in first halves. I can see them just being on field too long and/or getting frustrated though as the game goes on.
It is time for DG to just go to receiver as that is his potential for next level. He isn't as bad as he looks. He simply has gone through multiple systems/positions and is very fragile. Go have a 6 win season with Shane and see what is there for next year. At worst, Shane is so much more comfortable on pocket. He'll throw picks to but it will be Favre like picks and not sissy picks.

This week....
I have a lot going on in the next 10-12 days between work, family in town, family medical stuff and personal stuff so my time is semi-limited it looks like. Anyways, I went over the card the past few nights and these are the games that have an interest to me in some sort of capacity. So, without saying what I like in any(ats, tt, o/u---I am sure you can guess in some knowing my patterns) anything you would like to point out about these games would be greatly appreciated. Any tidbit whatsoever.
Here we go...
Texas Tech @ Oklahoma State
Maryland @ Indiana
Baylor @ Iowa State
Iowa @ Purdue
La Tech @ Auburn
Arkansas @ TAMU
Oregon State @ USC-W
Stanford @ Washington
Texas @ Kansas
Cincy @ Ohio State
Memphis @ Ole Miss
Washington State @ Utah
Illinois @ Nebraska
So, lets see what we got and where we go. Back Wednesday night. I am getting 'dragged' to a suite at Copa tomorrow night after a family dinner lol. I guess I gotta hit casino too:tiphat:
