Missed last week show, but caught last night's.

I want to know how the hell did Delgado get on the show?? I mean really?? His stand-up look awful with no fluid in his movement. You'd think he adjust his head movement after Junie was telegraphing his punches, but he kept staring at his Junies hands!

Is he really a black belt? No way...if he is, then why stand and bang when your striking is not to your advantage?

That was the funniest fight ever with Coach NOG and SILVA yelling at Delgado the whole match---

Coach NOG, kept saying Yes Yes Delgado with his hilarious accent, yes Delgado
Silva was screaming the only 2 english words he knows, Knees and Elbows, knees and elbows-- Anderson knew that delgado was 6'3 and had about 5 inches on JUNIE-

Delgado had no power at all- He looked like an uncoordinated 16 year old kid, see that first kick Junie kicked him and sent him flying off his feet-

Delgado was too tall 6'3 for a lightweight, i mean the guy had no power, terrible wrestling- NO power, but he could take a punch, and did not quit-
Coach NOG- Show us your heart Delgado, show your heart-

This Junie kid would get killed by Huerta, Florian, Penn, if he stands there and thinks he can just take a punch--

delgado should go back to BODOG as a prelim guy

Seriously a repeat of the Delgado fight was on, has that guy ever boxed? He looks like a guy in a movie that gets his ass kicked by the school bully and he is trying to fight the bully- He looked nothing like a fighter--

But if you think about it logically it makes sense- The only reason he probably did anything is becaue heis 6'3 so most guys he fights are way smaller than him, he was prob able to strangle and beat some smaller guys with his height- He wasnt bad at defense, just had no offense.

Junie went to high school 20 minutes up the road from me in Paris.. met him at a party, but don't know him personally.. have heard a few classic stories from buddies in that area about some of the fights he's had at parties & public places etc and the crazy shit he's done throughout his troubled youth. What you see is what you get, though. Kid obviously has issues and he's not putting on an act - if you knew how and where he came up, you'd understand why he acts like an immature moron. Watched his AFL fight in Lexington back in March where he won with an armbar submission. He had my brother-in-law's sister's rapper bf perform his intro song live when he walked out... shit was as trip.

The Ultimate Fighter 8 Finale card released; 16 cast members booked

The Ultimate Fighting Championship has released its full fight card for the Dec. 13 live finale of "The Ultimate Fighter: Team Nogueira vs. Team Mir," and a total of 16 cast members have been slotted for the event.

The event takes place at The Palms Las Vegas, and the main card airs live on Spike TV.

The finals for the show's lightweight and light-heavyweight tournaments were determined during Wednesday's back-to-back new episodes of the reality show.

The two lightweight finalists are Phillipe Nover and Efrain Escudero. The light-heavyweight finalists include Vinny Magalhaes and MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) blogger Ryan Bader.

Previously announced non-"TUF" bouts of Jason MacDonald vs. Wilson Gouveia and Kevin Burns vs. Anthony Johnson are also set for the main card.
The final televised bout, perhaps non-surprisingly, goes to controversial cast member and semifinalist Junie Browning, who's been pitted against Dave Kaplan, in the live finale.

Really hoping for some lines here. Nover walks through Escudero. Nover is probably one of the best they've had on TUF at this stage in a career. I think he could do some damage right away in the UFC. I also like Bader to win in an upset. I've been told he's improved his striking quiet a bit since he started and I'm not sure Magalhales BJJ is good enough to submit him if Marshall couldn't.

I'll be at the Palms and looking forward to it.
