Tuesday MLB Discussion

every AL total odds &/or line I noted prior to hitting the zzzz's has since moved towards Under.

Interesting. The last 3 days have conditioned well.

could've been worse. Old man Thome had some solid baserunning there to make it on 3rd, Griffey grounds into DP but Thome scores, 1:0 as Pale Hose draw first blood.

Come on Twinkies.

Dave Bush walks Karstens then allows a game tying single and a go ahead single.

Wow. Bush regressing at worst possible time for the Brewers.

BC, remember that STL-MIL discussion we've had a few weeks back?

Well it seems we were both wrong, lol.

Both teams have choked so badly it was ugly to watch.

Squeeze play and a base hit!

wow!!!!!
Punto head first into 1st

the Sox are a mess right now defensively.

game's over...Minny goes up 5-1 or 6-1...think Ozzie may pull the starters. Their goal is to not get swept in this series. Rest them up for tomorrow which is their best chance imo to get a win here.

Pretty sure Vazquez is ensuring he won't be back with Chicago next year. Confidence is gone...only gets up for games when he faces weak hitting/undisciplined teams that'll chase his off the plate shit.

Fuck...shitty part is if Chicago makes the playoffs they HAVE to use Vazquez as a starter. Personally...I'd use Buehrle...Floyd...Danks...and then spot start Lance Broadway but only plan to use him for about 4 innings and back him up right away with perhaps Horacio Ramirez (ugh.)

sn, i would not fade weaver right now. he is on the cusp of being the 5th pitcher for playoffs. He is going to be dialed in and trying his ass off. Especially with garland being lit up last outing, a good performance here would lock his spot..

Just to perfect a spot for me to pass . The best play in baseball has been the Mariners team total under now for 2 weeks as they havent cracked 4 runs but once . That day I had there over as well . Weaver pitched well vs them at home and yet they still managed to score 4 times dspite I think he pitching a scoreless outing . He is basically a 6 inn guy at this point so that helps as well...Plus I love the perception that he is pitching for a playoff spot only adds to my value ...

And good for you Satyr ! Twinkies up 5-1 !

btw, like weaver but hate angels against lefties on the road.... under would be only play here for me and oh my, we have meriweather bhp... under 8.5 for me in seattle..

I cant back a SP who continues to throw 115+ pitches every start . Think I successfully faded him last outing and might so here . Jimenez when on is every bit as filthy as Lincecum .

Gonna be to much SFG money on a coin flip IMO.....BOL if you do:cheers:

LAA very weak offensively vs LHSP away especially with the injuries ....might go UND 4.5 TT ....

was about to lock it in and had a really bad feeling. if sciosa puts in bulger and he walks the side for the third time in a week, im gonna have to put a gun in my mouth...eh...might go for 1st 5..

sciosa will put in shit pitchers if angels arent winning. look at the oak series...damnit. might just pass...keep forgetting what time of year it is..

Cheers SN, I still have to sweat all this out, nothing done yet.

:shake:

Go Twins:cheers:

i think lincecum's last outing was different. he had a playoff driven team that was playing for their post season life.. motivation is different here today imo.

anyone else take a look at the dodgers tonight? leblanc facing LA for the 3rd time in 20 days...they hit him good the 1st time and he lost...he held them in check decent in a bounceback spot the 2nd time but SD blew it later. Now a 3rd time? Hmm...

As the great harvey Dent from the Batman movie said "I will leave it to chance"

I have flipped a coin and it came up tails for the visitor team in the Anaheim game- I am taking Anaheim-

Also Weaver did very well last 2 outings, he was money vs Oakland they had no hitting, but they have guerror, hunter and figgins today

i just saw that, jeez, gotta be tough on him...3rd time.. -250 though.. parlay worthy maybe.

yah, scary thing though is billingsley got shelled in his last outing against Pittsburgh and in his recent starts against SD he hasn't gotten the best run support really

billingsley at home is a little better though... LAD with loaded lineup as well... should be an easy win... az is about to lose and this would pretty much guarantee a playoff berth as well..

late winners are needed----

the seattle pitcher has been roughed up of late- plus he has bad career numbers vs anaheim also-

anaheim won 5 in a row, think scocia is trying to win the home field advantage first before fuckign around

as noted before, angels suck lhp on road... but... look at the lineup.. that looks like a playoffs lineup to me...

yah thats what i was thinking, this looks like a motivated anaheim team tonight--

vs a shit pitcher, weaver has been good all year and of late

Please Help!!!

Alright, that sucked posting wise, but I need help...let's just say Pitt holds on to win...how do I hedge this SD last leg of a $594 for $20k parlay. Thanks for any advice! My max bet is $1000 on any particular wager. Should I parlay LOS and say both ways of a couple of games? Thanks!

game...cock(?!:D)

ok you have to hedge there :D

the problem is, how...with Pittsburgh still playing.

You need to pound LAD in play if the Pirates hold onto the win.
