Tuesday Discussion Thread

Man, I’m setting up to have a pretty big card, doesn’t bother me but I know sone of ya’ll who like to play along sometimes wernt thrilled w the bigger cards. I just can’t help it, baseball a volume sport and let’s face it i lm more a volume guy in all sports! Baseball is just the most, it was back when I only played sides and totals, now that I’m playing all the FF’s and props it just redic some days. I have 9 plays wrote down not counting hitter props and I havnt made it to the west coast night games yet??? I can’t see narrowing it down much either cause I like the plays!! Maybe I can cut a few but we talking 8-10 plays minimum, just be ready! Lol

Got at least 10 hours of sleep last night so bring it!
 
Im so happy and little surprised hitter props have been good for me thus far. I havnt been posting all of those, some, I just didn’t want to post them till I had a certain level of confidence as I know some ya’ll playing my stuff and I look at it as a huge responsibility, obviously my bankroll the most important thing to me but it freaking kills me if anyone tails and loses. I don’t wanna cost anyone money, ideally I’d like to help guys win!!!

Since I been using app, I fuvking had to for baseball cause I’m just not ready to make the plays when I’m downtown early most mornings, plus some the stuff isn’t out yet, it so much faster for me to go across river on bridge right down street from my house, especially now with all the redic construction going on all way from my house to downtown so I have finally sucked it up and playing w app instead of cash., still don’t like it in some ways but adjusting. Cash building up in account is in some ways cooler then taking cash and sticking in my roll, long as when I start drawing money out which gomma do today hopefully no problems and it all good. Then we just have to see how long I can bust their heads and not get limited!

Getting limited just means going back to cash, not a big thing for me. If you get a 1099 for winning go grab some loser tickets at the casino or horse track to claim the write off.

DK will cash out via Paypal within the hour usually, you just need to have it set up with them as a funding source.

It’s a good card, we won’t lose money. Trying to figure out how I’m gonna structure bets, I’ll leave that to ya’ll tho since lot of ppl frown on way I bet with lot of parlays! Lol, I just think it best way to really bust their heads when I’m feeling it!

First time I primarily did ML parlays in college hoops and it seemed to treat me well this season

I understand why it frowned upon, especially when we taking bout the goofballs doing 5-6-7 or more, they just donating money daily, maybe they hit one, not likely but if they do it just pay for the money the donated every day for a year!!" Shitty thing I do have those 7-0 kinda days but never do them those days! Lol, I mostly do the RRs in groups of 2s with 3-4 teams, hit 3 of 4 and double up give or take. Only hit 2 isn’t too bad. As streaky I am thus maximizes it when im on a run, to each is own, this works pretty well for me.

Im faded and keep dropping phone, lol. Making it tough to get to the west coast games, the wife giving me a hard time saying I can’t drive to Illinios if i keep doing this! Lol

Think im gomma go bet what I got and then go back for west coast card if there things I like. That another thing bout app, way faster for me to go over river by my house so not a big deal going 2x a day!
 
Waited too long for my guy roansy Contreras, Fuckinh juice up to -180, so I did 3 team RR In groups of 2 w these k props

Roansy Contreras ov 3.5
Wesneski ov 4.5
Maeda ov 4.5

I can’t believe they have Contreras lower than Oviedo yesterday! He wa -160 all day and was fine with that, pisses me off he -180 now but works in the round robin, I also like manning ov 3.5 for tigers but he just got taken off board. Hopefully he comes back up before I leave! Im actually looking to attack Stros especially w low numbers! They not the same lineup they were, the depth 1-9 isn’t there, you can absolutely get some k’s and think manning has breakout potential for tigers.
 
The other nice thing bout Roansy is yesterday even when Oviedo was getting knocked around pirates continued sending him back out there. I fully expect Roansy to be better and long as he has the same kind of leash he fanning at least 4 imo, his stuff is very good.
 
Hit a 5 player "to get a hit" fun money parlay last night. Seems almost too easy at times when you have the data in front of you for players that have overwhelming historical success vs a pitcher, coupled with seeing the ball and hitting with great contact out of the gate.

Arenado, Goldy, Adames, Abreu, Ohtani and added UCONN +717

Wanted the refs Ff under 2.5 but got bet down to 1.5, didn’t have the stones to play that.

I really havnt been able to bring myself to play k unders. I feel a lot better just passing and finding the overs. Maybe one these days where I feel like they too high on some I will, should have yesterday on smyly. I dunno, we see. Crazy cause totals in every sport im more a under guy, although playing more overs in Mlb now, but when it comes to props I havnt been able to play unders. Lol. I’ll work on it tho!

Losing unders feels like a multiple kick to the dick
 
Botyom the order made Yu work and flipped lineup to get marte and walker more AB’s. Yu Don’t look sharp maybe they can get to him!

The way these Mfers swing out their shoes you see guys hitting k totals even when awful. Freaking Oviedo and kutter crawford both got crushed in Boston yesterday and both still hit k prop!

Pitch clock has to help k numbers, can't imagine hitters being rushed will help their numbers
 
Don't think pitchers should be credited with a strike out when a batter gets a clock violation. That doesn't serve any good purpose for record keeping, forget grading wagers.

It's a weird deal, not sure how it should be recorded really

I think k and bb are the only stats that make sense for it
 
Thus the bigger question imo

Should a pitcher not be allowed to strike a guy out with two strikes if he violates the rule?

My trouble with it is the pitcher gets credited for a strike out without even throwing a pitch

My only beef with that would be if they get a guy 0-2 then he gets the violation strike 3 it kinda fucks pitcher.

I get it but I can't buy that the pitcher shouldn't be able to strike him out

Those kinds of stats mean way more to me than ERA type stuff

I’ve seen a few times hitters use their time out then get back into box with 15 seconds left and they were dead before pitcher threw the pitch as they just held him standing there all way till end of clock then rifles a heater right by them,
 
Smart pitchers are def gonna play games w guys. Hitters will have to learn to not get back into box w so much time left or they will get torched.

I still haven't watched one pitch this season

Hell I didn't really watch a pitch at the ST game last Monday, was so focused on the clock the actual game was getting in the way
