It's Jackson's birthday, but Dallas needs the win and GSW with a major look ahead the next day.

I don't think they are looking past Mavs, but I do think that there is still a look ahead to SA game and if Dallas starts strong, Jackson can simply forfeit the game (as Dallas for example did against the same Warriors not long ago).

I like the Nets tonight, I would have liked them more, if they didn't have to play the Knicks tomorrow, but still...

Nets are on a season high 8 game unbeaten streak in regulation. Previous longest streaks of 5, 5, 4, 3 & 3 games.

Nets as a single digit Fav @home this season
- first 13 games = 3-10 ATS
- last 11 games = 10-1 ATS

The SU winner in Nets games w/single-digit lines are 57-4 ATS (6.5% losing rate).

The Nets @home vs. Western teams this season
- 5-2 to Under off a road game
- 5-2 to Over off a home game
- 6-3 to Over vs. teams w/a .491 or better win %
- 4-1 to Under vs. teams w/a .490 or worse win %

-----

Houston off a SU loss in which they conceded 110+ pts this season
At home
- 4-1 SU/3-2 ATS
- 4-1 to Over
- 111.6 ppg for
- 98.8 ppg against

On the road
- 3-1 SU/ATS
- 4-0 to Over
- 111.7 ppg for
- 106.0 ppg against

Awful night yesterday for me.

The nets have to get home court for the playoffs or they'll most likely be out in the first round. The bulls or raptors are both awful matchups for Brooklyn IMO

In my eyes Dallas and Golden state are bitter rivals. Maybe things have changed over the years

Not a great card tonight, and what's worse is that TNT picked the wrong game to television at the early slot.

Equally important games for DAL and GS...flip a coin. PASS

Hous and Nets in similar positions, trying to retain home court in rd 1...pass

Port trying to catch Hous for home court in rd 1...Gasol returns for LAL tonight. Tough to lay that big # on the road with any team.

David Lee (hamstring) will miss Tuesday's game against the Mavericks

Pau Gasol (vertigo) will start alongside Chris Kaman on Tuesday when the Lakers take on the Blazers.

Terrence Jones (flu-like symptoms) will be a game-time decision for Tuesday's game against the Nets.

Marcus Thorton (back) is questionable for Tuesday's game against Houston.

Here in Dallas, I don't see it that way. Everyone except Dirk and Cuban are gone from the '07 matchup -- Nellie, Matt Barnes, Stephen Jackson, Baron Davis, and Montae Ellis. Cuban can't admit that his hubris cost him a chance at a title in '07, so he can't nurture a rivalry, and whom would Dirk be pissed at other than Cuban? Yeah, Barnes and Jackson were pricks, but they're gone, and Cuban is the one who ruined Dirk's MVP season by choosing to play the Warriors in the first round to prove a point to Nellie (much like Jerry Jones with Jimmy Johnson).

I'm leaniing Houston, but havent had the time to put the work in. Will likely focus on tomorrows card.
