They usually come out at 4:30 EST - they were late last week if I remember right.

I've seen them open as early as 4:15 and as late as 5:00.

I've got a little interest in the Virginia/NC State Under, especially if Cedric Peerman is back. Virginia has played to a bunch of unders lately, including 3 straight. NC State is an Under team at home, going some like 20-11 to the Under over the past handful of years.
