not sure if i like the sox over so much anymore.. i cannot count on toronto for more than 2-3 runs tonight.

1st 5 under @ Balt and BALT (maybe 1st 5 inn ML)
Over 8.5 Milw , 1st score Milw and maube MILW ML
Under 8.5 COL but probably should look at 1st 5 and possibly COL (weakest leans here )

4. moyer is not reliable at all at home, in fact he has a .302 batting avg against at home compared to .229 on the road. also gives up .300 w/ RISP which is obsurdly high for a quality pitcher.
5. brew crew are a dope 28-14 in one run games this year, which is critical in what i see as a really low scoring battle.
6. milky avg 5.2 runs/game against lefties and their bullpen is actually better on the road this year. i expect sheets to go 7-8 innings though.
milky .311 against lefties last 10 days and .192 against righties.

I think I'm gonna pound milwaukee, i like 1st 5 innings ML as well. i like the under but it is a tough number w/ these offenses and books set it to attract under money (if you just look at sheets and moyer lately, combined w/ their history against the respective opposition)

I am playing Mil/Phil under 8.5. Sheets has been pitching well, Milwaukee has struggled vs. LH's lately losing 4 in a row at home last week over the Met series and g1 sd. Kulpa behind the plate has been on major under roll with very high strike %. <!-- THE POST -->
 
welly turns in his usual 2-4 runs 6-7 IP which may be good enough to win on most nights but not against harden. harden gems it up tonight IMO
 
i sure don't think rutgers is going to get tattooed again but i think UNC keeps it close which helps the over for sure...
 
Playing another WSOX over ....

Floyd L11 starts at home since May ended which we saw a dropoff in his pitching ever since is 9-1-1 OVER thanks to very good run support ...and Marcum then gets high run support away and 5 of his past 6 away have gone over .....

Just waiting on lineups

This season off a loss preceded by 3 wins (WWW -> L -> x) Saint Louis is 6-5 SU, not scoring less than 5 runs in any win and not scoring more than 3 runs in any loss. The totals mark being O/U 7-4 - avg 11.00 runs/game, with only one game totaling less than 7 runs.

I agree with your thoughts PLUS Molina is out tonight. The few games La Rue has caught Wellemeyer they have lost. (It is just a small sample, but might be worth mentioning here.) It is also supposed to rain with the wind blowing in.:shake:
 
Also going with Houston over 8.5 , 1st 5 inn over and possibly RHE over ....

no hunter, aybar/izturis (dl), figgy...

Question is.... who is going to steal? Matthews? Guy is old and only has vertical... If angels win, they are going to have to slug it, cuz this lineup aint angels baseball..
 
that being said, i still like the angels a little bit only because of +money...their 2nd unit is young but still has a lot of talent, especially wood. If sciosa needs to, he can always slot in big tex as ph somewhere.

angels have nothing to play for and are probably still recovering from last nights hangover/celebration!

weve seen the kid morrow in relief, we saw him fill in for putz when he was hurt and held it down well, he has a serious future and already pitched a gem in his first MLB start in NY.... against a weak weak lineup when LAA really doesnt care about this game and is more interested to rest players ill take SEA all day.

especially with jered weaver pitching. seattle has hit him well in the past as he has a 5.17 ERA in 9 starts against them, and a 6.94 ERA (1-1) this season

backing them for 1st 5only because the whole damn pen pitched last night.
jimenez, corcoran, messenger, and putz ALL saw action thanks to batista only lasting ONE inning ( i guess he left due to injury)

if it wasnt for that id be backing them big for the game and on the RL... 1st5 Seattle for me and thats all i played today.... backed out on the jays. GL guys

So far the day hasn't gone too hot as I am struggling to get a winner. I tailed you with Pit/Hou and Tor/CWS under for first five parlay and it doesn't look too promising. But had a bunch of loses on my own, so not blaming you.

Need your help with the SF/SD game as I don't know who the umpire is or the starting lineups yet, but I put some time researching the game like you do.

Matt Cain is 2-7 in games he has started vs SD. He is 1-3 at home and 1-4 at SD. That's the bad news! The good news is in the first five innings he is 5-2 with two pushes.

(This guy has always gotten very poor run support thru out his career and it really shows here. The Great Bonds was 3-15 with 1 Hr and 1 RBI n games that Cain pitched in his whole career!)

Need your help with the SF/SD game as I don't know who the umpire is or the starting lineups yet, but I put some time researching the game like you do.

Matt Cain is 2-7 in games he has started vs SD. He is 1-3 at home and 1-4 at SD. That's the bad news! The good news is in the first five innings he is 5-2 with two pushes.

(This guy has always gotten very poor run support thru out his career and it really shows here. The Great Bonds was 3-15 with 1 Hr and 1 RBI n games that Cain pitched in his whole career!)

The first five scores at SD were

0-1 vs Tomko,
1-0 vs Maddux,
0-0 vs Young,
3-0 vs Peavy,
3-1 vs Mike Thompson?

3-1-1

The first five innings at SF were
1-0 vs Maddux,
2-3 vs Young,
2-0 vs Peavy,
1-1 vs Woody Williams.

2-1-1

If anybody else reads this far and knows who the umpire is, it would be greatly appreciated!:shake:

OK, I'll ask again, does anyone know who the umpire is? When I go to USA they show N/A and I don't have a clue how to find it on MLB.com or I wouldn't be asking and posting all my research. Thanks in advance whoever responses.

Why don't we keep this a baseball site and post all these great plays on the college football site? Not everybody bets on all sports like some of you guys do!

I'm not the only person that requested that the football talk by excluded to the proper forum. If that is talking "shit" by your standards, you should address that to others also. My stupid request took a lot of time to research and was for the benefit of those here that also help out. Unless you are speaking for the entire CTG website, your disrespectful and childish remarks were not necessary!

My post was in response to somebody wondering how Cain could be favored. Next time I have something useful to share I will not be so eager to post it!!!
