Some awesome games yesterday. It wasn't Texas Tech that beat Texas, it was their schedule. Oklahoma, Missouri, OSU, and TT all had a hand in that. It is just about impossible for 20 year olds to be that focused and that primed four weeks in a row. Same thing happened to USC a couple years back, beat 3 ranked teams in Oregon, Cal, and Notre Dame and just had nothing left in the tank for UCLA. TT won't run the table either, at least one of the Oklahoma schools will catch them with a good upper cut, and even if they get through that, Missouri will mess em up with a BCS game on the line.

I agree.

Letdowns are a very real thing..it's just natural.

this is why i live by the eagles motto ...

And I gotta peaceful, easy feeling
And I know you wont let me down
cause Im already standing on the ground

even Drew Sharp of the free press beleives it..

I agree.

Agree. Just hate when it happens to my team.

Now, this has to happen for Texas to win the conference:

1. Texas wins out.
2. TT loses two games OR loses to either Okie Lite or OU AND the team they lose to wins the Bedlam game.

I really hate not controlling our own destiny.

If OU beats TT and OSU, then the Raiders, Horns, and Sooners are all 1-loss teams who beat each other in a round robin. How would the B12 shake that out? I know different conferences do it different ways.

If OU beats TT and OSU, then Texas goes to the championship game.

Right now Texas needs to win out AND one of the following two things to happen:

1. TT loses to Okie Lite and OU, or
2. TT loses to either Okie Lite or OU AND that team wins the Bedlam game.

I have the Big XII tie-breaker rules in my thread this week.

Nice hit on Okie Lite.

That Arizona line is a joke. How can you lay it? How can you not lay it?

Okie Lite ticking back up to 3'. May find a home there.

I'm hoping for the line to head back up towards 6 and 7.

I had Stanford this past week and they made it seem too easy to beat that team. Zona should go ape shit for around 60

yea saw okie lite, im def playing them but will look for the ml later in the week, also hope this line goes up so i get a better #, put it at 5.5 or 6
