Only explanation I can see is because of last week. Commentators were saying all week Murray was being too emotional out there and it would be different if Lendl was there. Then when lost to Raonic after being up a set and then in the 3rd set being up a break. The next day Murray said he didn't have confidence and didn't know what to do.
