Huge win by Curry... Thunder could have won the game so many times...
Sick that I took +3 and didn't wait for the +3.5...

Scott Brooks is laughing somewhere right now at how incredibly inept the thunder are in end of game situations.

OKC is a good team. They need that third guy who can score though for when KD or Westbrook sit or are in foul trouble.

They had him. He wanted to go somewhere where he could shoot (shoot, and shoot some more), pile up stats, play no defense and never have a shot at a title.

Hard to blame him, it's more about your credentials with E! these days than a ring. Just look at the political landscape. Airtime wins, not ships.

We have to find the clips they've shown on TNT where he literally moved away from a player and let him go past for a layup and then backed away from a rebound to let an opponent snag the board and lay it in. It was embarrassing and comical. He embodies everything that is wrong with today's game, the things that the old timers have been talking about.

Do you guys think playing in the NBA is like in a video game where you shut the energy bar off? He exerts so much on offense, how do you expect him to do the same all game on defense? They literally have no other offensive weapons that can carry the team.

The rockets are not a defensive minded team. He takes a beating on offense. He doesn't just take 3s all game. Ripping him on his defense is not fair.

All those drive ins in the lane where he does crazy things to get fouls. Those wouldn't be possible if he's exhausted and doesn't have his legs.

This is part of the reason why defenses have suffered so much over the years. It takes a great team to play good defense. The rockets aren't a good team defensively. Nor do they have the right system.

Ok the hatred on Harden needs to stop. Do you guys think playing in the NBA is like in a video game where you shut the energy bar off? He exerts so much on offense, how do you expect him to do the same all game on defense? They literally have no other offensive weapons that can carry the team.

There are plenty of two way players in the league. I think that LeBron, Durant, Westbrook and others, work very hard on offense and yet play defense as well.
What's good about having a player that scores 30 points a night as a max player, if he is the reason they concede 20+ points?
What bugs me about Harden, is that he can defend. I remember the truly amazing job he did on Kobe in the playoffs, when he was still a Thunder and Kobe was before injuries. He just not as focused as he should be or too lazy. If he can't carry the offensive end, without giving up on defense, he should forget trying to be alpha on a team and go be second/ third best player.
