They call it "isolation" and it happens semi-regularly.
This Cavs/Nets game 6 has to come up in a rating of some sort : in the top 5 ugliest games of last playoffs decade or so...
On the other hand, Spurs had their best performance in the playoffs so far. They really look and feel like in 04-05.
Phoenix chose to compete with the Spurs on their ground, instead of running all over the place and taking transition 3 pointers. They would have lost anyways, but this game would have been a bit more exciting.
But it was still a great game, some darn good basketball...
