brady quinn and i dont think it is close.
just looking at the lines for the games tells us that quinn isthe play.
cleveland -3 total 50 tells us that they expect 26.5 points from the browns. That comes most likely from Quinns arm.
Atlanta -1 42 tells us they expect the falcons to score 21.5 points and have to think turner is some of that.
seattle +3.5 40 tells us they expect 18.25 points from seahawks.
To me in this case the matchup disctates the play. i suspect that edwards has a big game against kc but i would prefer brady quinn

Cleveland Browns quarterback Brady Quinn expects to be in the starting lineup on Sunday despite a broken finger on his throwing hand.
Browns coach Romeo Crennel said Quinn complained of hand pain after Wednesday’s practice. X-rays were conducted, and a break in Quinn’s right index finger was discovered. A hand specialist has cleared Quinn to play.
“This is a small fracture,” Crennel said.
Quinn will wear a splint on the finger when he’s not on the field but will apparently not have any protection on his hand while he’s playing.
In two games as the Browns’ starter, Quinn has completed just 52.1 percent of his passes, but he has no fumbles or interceptions.
Do I still go Quinn?????

Wayne (Brooklyn, NY): What's the likelihood of Quinn being effective this week? Is he one helmet boink from the sidelines?
Stephania Bell : Wayne: I like that injury term: boink. You could be right - but he would really have to hit it in just such a way as to knock him out - in other words, not much different than the risk of any QB suffering a hand injury from hitting a helmet in the first place. Certainly if he gets beat up, it will not help - but I don't have a lot of concern that this is going to be an issue for him.
