More fluff talk then anything. Doubt it changes, multiple points go against proposal 1) Northern teams (Canadian teams, NE and Mid Central teams) would not draw in the winter. 2) Market share competing with NHL, NFL, NCAAF, NCAAB, NBA. Just doesn't make sense.

They could mimic the Russian calendar, but even then that type of break would kill interest in poor/losing markets.
