Inconclusive/Stands needs to be changed. Too much power is given to the initial ruling,giving too high an evidentiary standard to overturning... if a call prompts a review, it should be placed on an equal evidentiary playing field with the review.

And too much subjectivity is given the refs via this unclear distinction between stands and seems like it may need to be changed. Great way for referee to justify their biases according to the rules as written.
