The Texans can't get out of their own way with penalties, 6-40 in 1st quarter. Nonetheless a even game on the scoreboard nearing the end of the 1st quarter. Penalties cost them possibly 3 points in one of their drives which will require a +1 turnover ratio to remain equal.
