***NFL In-Game Thread***

Buddy told me last nigh that I need a steak. That really didn't make me think until I don'e even know what a good cut is outside of filet. I can 100% say I do not like NY/KC strip ore ribeye so curious what you guys indulge in. I'm basically poultry/fish but actually don't mind red meat....gotta be medium rare. But a buying steak to me has always required an actual night out with a date thing. I'm certainly not buying a slab of meat to bring home and cook. But what's your cut outside of filet? I'm really curious about this because it's become very immediate with Minny fans and I don't want to sound stupid.
if you arent going ribeye, my 3rd favorite after filet and ribeye would be skirt steak....very specifically skirt steak in a pin wheel...4th for me would flank

Interesting. I'm so unfamiliar those have always sounded like what you do if you're taking a cheap hooker out which isn't out of the possibility. I've had skirt steak but don't have a clue what a pinwheel is. Is that something you ask for at a restaurant?
