This new onside kick rule is so fucking dumb. It helps my team today but it’s retarded
I think it has to do with energy investment. Sometimes defenses go harder earlier (eg Falcons in the SB)

For whatever reason eagles don’t score shit early on. They have gotten at least a couple 1st qrtr scores now but think only 2x all season they have scored in 1st qrtr. Didn’t help their fg kicker couldn’t hit broad side of barn last night, he cost them 7 points.

Well with eagles it pretty much 2 things. Apparently they not great scripting plays cause they rarely score in the 1st, but then there the Barkley factor, they rarely get away from getting him touches and having their oline lean on teams, by time they get to 4th we see him busting huge runs. If ya wanna bet against Philly do it 1st qtr of half, don’t get in their way after halftime! Maybe just wait and live bet Philly overs cause ya know points are coming, it just takes them awhile!

I mean yes if their goal was to win this year, they have to see if they can develop AR tho. They can’t waste another year if it turns out he can’t be fixed, only one way to find out. Kid has hardly played any football, what maybe 13 games in college and 10 in nfl? Cant learn sitting around.

Amazing to make it through that first 6 games at 2-4 considering Washington was the cupcake coming in to the season. Battle tested for sure. Disappointment is in play now but I like our chances.
