***NFL In-Game Thread***

It's legit most of the time though, we harp on the shit calls. You want to penalize the offense? That doesn't make sense.

Give em a power play, 11 on 8 for two downs
The idea for roughing is player safety. If the player isn't roughed enough to leave the game there should be no penalry. THere was no unsafe play.

No one has defined roughing really. Whiplash and head to ground is more often than not a concussion

This sport tries really hard to disguise concussions but they likely happen on most plays...they're trying to take a stance and I get it, cover your asses. They aren't stupid. OL, DL, LB prolly get one a game but when QBs get one it's a story.

Can't see too many OL getting them but defensive players probably do get more than anyone will admit.

Have a friend, played softball with a few years....he was a center and somehow logged 6 league years on practice squads

His whole deal now is teaching ncaa teams (specifically OL) how to block to avoid concussions. Great gig for him
