I thought that shit was for old out of shape dudes trying to over exert, and that might still be the case
I was putting socks on ffs. Then boom, complete lock up. Pretty pain tolerant but that one made me cry...didn't leave the pad for 5 days, thankfully had some leftover percs from a surgery because Aleve wasn't solving that problem.
This shit blows and I'm in pretty good shape

NY getting some insane bounces, dudes getting offensive boards off their shoulders. Airballs landing into hands for easy put-backs etc, etc.
