NBA In-Game Thread

What a stat from ESPN Research: Since 1997-98, teams are 3-1,640 when trailing by 7+ in the final minute of the 4th quarter/OT.

The Pacers, this postseason, have 2 of those wins.
Just like the Pats‘ big comeback vs the Falcons, they involved a crucial turnover from the defense

My German friend keeps spoiling the ending of games with his whatsapp messages. I turned off whatsapp notifications, which makes me feel bad, but I mean he‘s done it twice.

It was 75-55 and Tatum just carelessly gives Brown a bad bounce pass on a 2 on 1. Knicks were ready to pack it in.

Then a minute later he had a wide open 8 footer and throws a bad lob to Zinger.

For the last two and a half mins they don’t get one shot on goal to end the third quarter.

This is pathetic stuff.

Pacers weren’t great. Miami was missing everyone and they’re a 30 win team now. Mavs are a 9/10 seed. They played the worst strength of opponent I think in history?
Are you equating Luka and Kyrie Mavs to current Mavs without either? You‘re clearly smart you just get emotional and make these heat-of-the-moment knee-jerk comments that lack logic

That team got very hot but they literally blew it up because they knew it wasn’t a legit contender. That team was treading .500 even when both of them played this year.

The Celtics had the easiest path to a finals of all time I believe. You can try to argue that by simply finding out if it’s true or not.
