Tuesday Discussion

Decided to start this, jumping the gun on Killa.

Denver Nuggets @ Atlanta Hawks - No Line Out
Seattle Supersonics @ Milwaukee Bucks -4.5 O/U 208
Los Angeles Lakers @ Houston Rockets - No Line Out
Sacramento Kings @ Golden State Warriors -3 O/U 214.5

Any thoughts on the games?

Only 4 games on the card, but fuck it. I got this broad here so I'll be offering thoughts sparingly. Truth be told I'd rather do this LOL.

Any strong leans boys?

slight value on sonics, but would rather wait a game and see how their role players adapt to playing larger roles on the road with jesus sidelined.

kings/warriors side is spot on in terms of the line IMO

expecting a -4.5/205.5 in atlanta

without tmac, dont know what the line will go off at, expecting houston -3.5/185.5

Well, I lost $100 on the Rams ML

Lets make it back tomorrow o_O

Thinking that the Nugs might be a CTG consensus?

yea not much on the card today... but
I think the Total in the Seattle @ MILK game is right on point.. I think the OVER would be worth a look..

Over in Milw.....Over in GS...I agree does that take any capping though other then to possibly 'Prove' it and make sure they ae not gauging us...

Boring when you have 4 games and 2 are OFF the board early...

Goona look at them after the LAC half line ocmes out...even Seattle looks interesting

agree with you 100% here...I use to ONLY use Pinny and TheGreek, but recently been playing @ Sportsbook cause I like to cashout atleast once a day, and with Pinny I can't do that without paying those damn fee's

But damn, I hope Sportsbook releases this line around -4 or -4.5 soon

Why do you like to cash out at least once a day? What is the point? You can't just leave some money in an account to ride with for a week or two?

Seabass, I usually cash out what I win...as I'm trying to get enough to get a hotel for a few days in NYC round New Years...

I originally put 330 in the SB account and put it all on a game, cashed out and left 200 in and progressivly play off that...anytime I get over 200 (say to 300) I'll cash out back down to 200...cashed out another 226 and change last night and left 200 in there

unfortunantly I lost 100 today due to the Rams ML, but all is well

hoping to get it back to 200 after tomorrow

But if you bust, your just going to cash back in with that money you are hoping to save for the hotel, anyway...what's the point? Why not just grow the account and then cash out before you go to NYC?

Thanks for the heads up on the line being released by the way.

I'm already at my goal, with about 68.50 left over...and that doesn't include the $100 in my SB account

If I lose I most likely won't re-load until I see a play I'm very, very confident on, or until AFTER i've booked the hotel...cause if I lose the money for the hotel I'll be real pissed off

Also, when I have money in my account, lots of it, I'm tempted to spend it...like the one night I lost 400 in the Pinnacle casino because I tried chasing my $5 on red bets until I put 200 on red and lost :hairout:

But lets not jinx me here, I've been on a great run as of late 'an_horse'violin

EDIT - now that I think about it...68 bucks isnt much for spending money in NYC...........................i'm gonna need to win about $500 more between now and then :(

alright, serious question for big time bettors...

we all saw the Nugs line release at -3.5, where you could buy it to Pinny to -4 @ +105 I believe...and -4.5 @ +115 or something

for those with large bankrolls, you just had to know this line was going up...therefore, would it make sense to say, put anywhere between $1000-100,000 on the Nugs (take @ -4 or -4.5) and then sit back and wait for the line to climb up, then hit the Hawks @ +3.5 or +4 at say +105, or even more) and then guarantee yourself money, or even possibly middle

Just wondering if anyone does this

I dont have 100,000 or hell, 1000 to put on a game, but I know some do *cough*KingKrunked*cough*

Tommorrows card looks a little week, I am interested in Denver as well as you guys, Milwuakee looks a bit more interesting to me though, but on the same hand everything looks like it could go either way, it really sucks becuase I would like to flip a unit tommorrow but I just don't want to bite on just anything.
I don't fuck with slot machines, I like my odds when I see them.

I do this a bit. I'll sometimes bet about 4 units instead of my usual 1, with my entire plan on middling the game. In college basketball, I nailed a big middle with Morehead State/Murray State-the line came out where you could get Murray State +2 at +140, and I knew from talking to people that it was going to be a real popular bet...

With that being said, you never KNOW a line is going to move. It's still a gamble. I only do it if I know I'm going to be confident getting stuck with the line I bet it on, if the middle fails...

Think Houston is still in a GREAT spot without TMac....

That's great to hear. I'm on board with those thoughts. Lakers could possibly have a bit of a letdown as well as look ahead without TMac playing. I'd like to see -2 (-105) and it looks like we may get it.

Yeah yeah, its never a sure thing...but sometimes you just know its gonna happen, like the Nugs line tonight

Ain't no way the public/sharps/whatever the fuck they're called wasn't gonna pound the Nugs @ -3.5

It's just a shame I didn't pound anything tonight (no h0mo)

your so smart thats an great idea

I merged the two threads.

I sell points regularly. And I usually love a free middle opportunity (ML or spread), but more often than now when I middle, I would have won initially anyway. So unless the move is utterly assinine, I don't bother and let it ride.

agree on the total for houston, I thought 185 or so. good input xpression

When I checked earlier Denver was not up. Checked this thread and went over to Pinn. It was 4.5 minus 23 cent on Denver. Why did they put up a line with the ? attached to JJ this early.. The Greek has no number up. Pinn knew the money would come in on Denver. One of the old rules for Denver was if they beat you they owned you and if you beat them they were helpless. I think this may well be another Pinnacle calculated position. GL
