I'll be taking the Suns despite the Clippers absolutely rolling at the moment. The Clips have been shooting the ball absurdly lately and that has to regress back to the mean...last game they almost tied franchise records for 3pt makes. With that said, New Orleans was in this game until mid-3rd quarter when their offense kind of shut down.

Looking at the Suns, they are much more potent offensively than the Hornets who were relying on players like Luke Babbit, Austin Rivers and John Salmons for quality minutes. The Suns had a pretty poor effort vs. Houston and I think they will be up for this game. Bledsoe always is going to bring it vs. the Clippers, especially against Paul. I also think the 2 PG line-up for the Suns with Dragic/Bledsoe creates problems for LAC defensively as Reddick can't guard either of them. Could force Rivers to play Cunningham who is a bit more athletic and could move Paul to cover Dragic. Either way, I love how fast this Phoenix team gets out in transition and I think if the Clippers get sped up they will really struggle once their bench comes in (minus Crawford of course).

Phoenix +7.5 and ML looks somewhat juicy for me. That big LAC win last game was a fraud as the Hornets were actually a fairly poor matchup and I thought Anthony Davis played very passive depsite his solid stat line.

Really disgusted with the Suns. They just replicated their loss last year at Memphis when Memphis had no one playing and won 110 to 91 which lead to a Memphis season sweep. The next day they won at Houston. Clippers are 1-3 ATS this season at home on Monday while the Suns are 1-1 SU and 2-0 ATS away on Monday and going back further are 7-1 ATS their last 8 away on Monday and they really hate the Clippers. So yes I will be on them but will play it much bigger if Thomas plays.

It might be flawed logic, but let's face it: Lebron looks disinterested on most nights this season - a big night tonight, however, and he gets a chance to expand the 'Lebron' brand on a global scale. If he can't get up for tonight, when will he ever? And from a more practical standpoint, who's going to guard him tonight? Bogdanovic? All I know is, in the 4 regular season games against the Nets last season, he put up 26, 36, 19 and 29; in the playoffs, 22, 22, 28, 48 and 29.

Having said all that, the way I've been running this month, he probably gets ejected in the first quarter... : )
