They shot 28.7% at OKC
They have lost ATS 2 in a row and have lost the last 2 games to Memphis.
Memphis at home is 3-3 OU
I am torn on this total. I think it is just possible that the books knew Houston's OU record and that Houston and Memphis had gone under 5 in a row and they put up 190 and the bettors laughing away bet it down 4 points. I wonder if they will be laughing when this game is over. The last time these teams played Houston lost by 18 points.

I wouldn't go near the total in Memphis. After such a shit fest like Rockets had in Oklahoma, percentage has no were to go but up. But to take an Over here, you must be crazy.
I lean to Over, but staying away.

Michael Kidd Gilchrist and Gary Neal are out for Charlotte and this is a great match up for Dallas. There weakness is guarding the outside shot and Charlotte isn't very proficient shooting from the outside shooting (43%) below the league avg . Charlotte's inside game should be limited by the Dallas big's and Also with Charlotte coming off a 4 game road trip this looks like a nice spot for Dallas to log another win. Cut to the chase this is a bad spot for Charlotte. Good Luck

I know it's not a hard and fast rule, but good shooting teams don't typically have back to back poor shooting nights like the Rockets did last night (or the Grizzlies did Saturday night for that matter). Plus, I've always been a big believer that the Grizzlies have the necessary pieces in place to be a really good scoring team if they play at a faster pace than they typically do.

Probably just wait til the 2H though...

I do like style hugh because I do believe it what your saying and I also believe in the opposite like a team shooting 53% or more for the game and play the next night. Like you said it's not a hard and fast rule but typically they don't have two shooting nights like that in a row.

But with that said FWIW I did make the Houston/Memphis game 187 and a man I respect for his numbers work (ebemiss) made the game 192
 
Dallas line is shockingly low. Power ratings make the number higher, even without considering that Charlotte is down two starters. Mavs also have blowout revenge (though only 5 players remain from last year's team - Dirk, Ellis, Harris, Crowder, Wright). Blowout last year was Mavs' worst loss of the season, in a lookahead situation followed by Mavs upset win at Indy the next night. Mavs win by 12 after leading by 20 at the half.

Play Mavs 1H.

Dallas line is shockingly low. Power ratings make the number higher, even without considering that Charlotte is down two starters. Mavs also have blowout revenge (though only 5 players remain from last year's team - Dirk, Ellis, Harris, Crowder, Wright). Blowout last year was Mavs' worst loss of the season, in a lookahead situation followed by Mavs upset win at Indy the next night. Mavs win by 12 after leading by 20 at the half.

Alexis Ajinca is starting in place of Omer Asik.

Matt Barnes will start at small forward on Monday.

LaMarcus Aldridge (illness) will play Monday against the Hornets.

I get what you are saying,, like Asik in the middle lets AD use even more of his athleticism and skill on both ends....put anderson in at the 4 with AD at the 3 with jrue and tyreke and they score 110 every night....(and fun to watch)
