• Cards ...Southpaw Jeffrey Springs has been pretty good for the Rays, but career-wise he really ain't that good. There's a reason he's bounced around the league and St Loo usually hammers lefties (second in MLB in weighted runs created plus vs LHP). TB was dominant at home last year but has dropped 4 of L7 at the Trop and may as well be the road team tonight since SL used to train in the area and it's likely there will be more Card fans in attendance. SL gets OF Tyler O'Neill back from IL and Dakota Hudson has allowed just one run in his L2 starts. RL, ML I like it both ways so let's get this one!

O's ...Bradish is a promising young righty. With heat in the upper 90s, his only real concern was control and so far his walk rate(7.6%) is above average. Even though his numbers aren't that good, we should expect some positive regression from this kid, It may be a tall task vs red hot Jays bats tonight but at +250 it's worth a swing. Balty pen has been solid and a big reason for their improvements this year.
