Caron Butler and Gilbert Arenas will not play on Monday against the Pacers.
Tough break for fantasy owners, but a great break for the Pacers who have to win their final two to have a shot at the playoffs. Butler has a bruised right knee and Arenas is coming off back-to-back games following knee surgery. Darius Songaila will start in place of Butler, while Arenas was coming off the bench. The Celtics have won five straight overall against the Knicks and five straight at Madison Square Garden.
However, the Knicks might not have to deal with Boston's biggest threats in this meeting. Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen and Paul Pierce each played fewer than 25 minutes in Boston's 102-86 win over Milwaukee on Friday night and played just three quarters in a 99-89 win over Atlanta the following night.

yes possibly.

With Donnie Walsh replacing Isiah Thomas as Knicks president of basketball operations earlier this month, this could be Thomas' last home game as New York's coach.

New York needs one more win to avoid tying the franchise record of 59 losses, which it set just two years ago during Larry Brown's only season as coach.

Definite motivational edge here for NYK IMO. Boston doesnt care much about this as it sthe last road game of the season while NY last home game and I would think everyone involved from players to coaches would like to go out with a win here. NY has played fairly well recently..

Yup, it's also fan appreciation night (free food) in the Garden. I think the Knicks will be motivated.

(I just hope somebody plays defense.)

More then just not starting

if i have a chance in this indy game, washington needs to shoot less than 60 percent from three.

indy and philly is trash. boo. need knicks to take care of business.

TORONTO 2ND HALF -12 4 UNITS

go knicks!!!! 53-43. doesn't look good for under bettors. no defense now. which is good for knicks. they don't play defense anyways.

milwaukee chicago almost hitting 80 points in first quarter. the GSW and DENVER THUGS of the EAST!!

SPORTSNUTS, good call on first half NYK. wish i touched that a bit. i need NYK and ML to offset some losses i have already counted hahaa.

hope they don't go flat in the 4th. went against the 25-5 under 2nd half trend and have over 101 indy/wash.

52 points so far with 2 minutes left in the third. i need this to reach 70 so sweating is a minimal. last few 2nd have unders have been +50 points in third and 40 or less in the 4th. need this over hit to cover most of indy bet.
