It'll be interesting to see if they actually just follow the APR to the letter. I read an article in the past few days that mentioned even though they came out and said they would be using the APR, it wasn't necessarily going to be only the APR they used. You'd have to imagine some of the "bigger" teams that travel better than others will get the nod even if their APR is a bit lower than a few of the other teams.
