FCS vs FBS and FCS vs FCS betting info

I will be anxiously awaiting Thursday's lines to come out. Last Saturday Bet Rivers first posted numbers for the three week zero games between 4:30-5am when the first game began at 3:30. The first game today is 6:00. So far nothing is out.
 
Looking at Betrivers site now (I can't use it in NC but can look)

Wake -23.5 109/Elon +23.5 112
o51.5 112/u51.5 109
 
Both BOL and BM told me this morning that they don't expect to post anything for today's games until around an hour or so before kickoff give or take, as they told me to check back around 5:30pm eastern...

they always say that...just trying to throw you off. they will be up before then...3pm, 4pm...either way it will be sooner than an hour before kick

Nothing surprises me I guess as I have seen lines come out at 11am or later on Saturday for 12pm FCS kickoffs, but yes I agree that they should be out sometime later this afternoon..
 
once the real lines get released have to play WMU anything -7 or less...
it might steam the other way however.
 
BetRivers started releasing some numbers around noon. The only major move I’ve see. was Georgia St-10.5, then 14.5 and now 17.5
 
ASU line not as high as I thought it would open at, but not sure there is much value laying 31 with all the unknowns, so most likely a pass for me once BOL comes out
 
More FCS lines are out. First I've seen YSU-28.5, Abilene -12.5, Sac St -24.5

Ok, like I said, dumb question. Sometimes these sites have different drop down menus for this or that.

I was surprised YSU opened where it did. I actually thought there was a chance it would be in the 40s I would not bet it. I told myself anything in the low 30s to 35 I'd bet. They should get off to good start one would think, I guess that is the risk in that somehow it ends up kind of being an ugly game where YSU doesn't really assert themselves or look sharp. I played a little over as well, could see them getting close to it themselves, again, all things go as expected.

your shop will eventially have it listed. it might be under "extra games" or "FCS Games"

right now only an select few shops are putting anything out ther.e
 
Ga State now up to -20 112...

If this comes out at BOL, I will play it as I think URI can keep it within a couple scores.

I assume it might be Rhode Island D vs what could be a strong run game by Ga State, although that part of Ga St could start off the year a little down. Hill at QB is pretty good, but not really good. A lot of people were thinking they would be a playoff team this year, I think just because back-to-back 7-4 seasons saw them just miss out and Hill has a 7th year - but I think there is more than that. They are just somewhere among the average, maybe a little above in that league and the CAA is really competitive.

Lost by 21 at Pitt last year which is nothing to be ashamed of I don’t think, given the physicality of the panthers.

Just not sure Ga State should be laying 3TDs to anyone though as their style of play and defense just doesn’t warrant it until they prove otherwise in my view. With that said, watch it be 35-0 in the first half haha. Really curious to see where the line opens at BOL and BM.

In the FCS/FBS games if you like the FBS team 95% of the time you need to bet as early as possible.
