ha, umm the fact that it is basically insider trading. It is a huge scandal, but I put $200 into each for the year, and fully planned on never seeing it again.
I always thought that they could milk tons of money if they entered teams after the fact. With so many entries, and no way to keep track of it all or for anyone to monitor this. What is to stop both companies from using phantom teams, to take places 3-7 and save themselves a shit ton of money every week. Then use the 1st 2nd 3rd place finishers for the commericials..... which don't run that often :rofl:

This is the most intelligent post I've read in a week regarding this situation. If you're uncomfortable with DK or FD, don't play. Pretty simple. And for all the haters of DFS out there, if these guys do what they should by the government (regulate the industry and have vastly superior security systems to ensure fairness), this is only going to make this industry grow...not crush it. This is a slow news week and media outlets are paid to create stories. If you don't believe that, then tell me why there are more Americans that know more about the Kardashians than there are about Obamacare, for example. The issue intelligent people had with what happened is if employees had access to ownership data prior to contest locks which would be especially useful in MLB and other sports.
The media reported that Ethan used ownership data to win 350k on fanduel a week ago and it's simply not true and dk will prove to the ny AG it didn't happen with their logs. Ownership data isn't a big deal for nfl as you can get a pretty accurate reading from Thursday contests on that
Expanding on your bots and algorithms comment, I think it's a big issue but it's called scripting. It allows players to automate their entries and gives them the capability to edit and enter hundreds of lineups in a matter of minutes. The sites recently changed their terms to allow such programs but I fully expect them to outlaw them again in coming weeks

My only issue here is Julio. Washington tends to give up the deep bomb, more so than the short routes. I think Julio for his price has to really exploit the RAC, otherwise he won't bring back value. Also, if you believe the point spread once again....Falcons will likely run the shit out of the ball with Coleman coming back, and resting Julio if they get up to a sizeable lead. I see a similar output as last week for Julio.
