Tomlin doesn't get a pass either.
Yes, hanging on to Ben those last two years was stupid but that's on the coaches and front offices. They never even thought about a replacement until it was too late.

He wanted Ben gone two years before those last two years. I'm damn near convinced he just figured he was along for the ride after not being allowed to make a tactical change that would be controversial. And why not? Given the job security I'm comfortable saying he coasted for 15 years and just shrugged his shoulders after they wouldn't let go of Ben. Even listening to him on the Manning cast he sounded like someone I'd never take seriously. RoboBen.

Ben made it difficult - still on them. Was it Landry jones they drafted and he had a tantrum? Or was it Rudolph?

Rudolph for sure. But I doubt he was a Landry fan either.

My wife's girlfriends are asking me if McCarthy was any good in Dallas. I can't stop smiling.
 
@~Utah, thoughts on McCarthy's staff so far? I think he's putting together a sneaky good group. I really like the addition of Evans for the OL which has been bad for quite some time. It appears he's working on getting Tolzien for the QB's as well. He did a great job with Shough last year. Your thoughts on those two @twinkie13 ?
