They need a roster that isn't dominated by geriatrics. They draft poorly. The seem to get out-schemed more often than not. At the very minimum they need new coordinators. Unfortunately, Dick LeBeau isn't walking through that door.

I want him ... not flores or saleh
Flores, Tomlin, Harbaugh, Stefanski, McDaniel all would be great retreads

Whole thing depends on QB. It's really simple yet so complex.

I'd rate Harbaugh at the bottom of that list because he did have a QB and likely lasted so much longer than he should have due to the current Seattle HC

Feel like hiring an offensive coach is the move… once a good OC leaves, teams are often fucked
It's always going to be relative to situation

Seattle just happened to get the best of the best DCs that understands the entirety of the game

I think Flores also might be that guy

A ton of very good offensive coordinators have had the glass slipper fall off when they take the leap

I absolutely hate how recruiting dirt has become so slimy that stars are somehow relevant as to future success. Just another case of classifying people and before they are actually grown ups. Had no clue they do that bullshit with gymnastics too. Wonder what it pays to get that assignment.

Anyway, this could well be a precursor for Tomlin to Atlanta. Never know but the timing is correct.

Mike is great but he was only the full handler of that defense in '22-23.

Id bet money that never happened. Heard a radio clip where he mentioned his Daughter's gymnastics career that he's barely there for .

Who the F knows thou

I think that would be a terrible hire but I am almost 100% against hiring any defensive guys.
From what I understand there's an offensive assistant on the Rams who's a hot commodity as an OC that he would be bringing with him. I know nothing about the guy and can't even remember his name. Which means nothing obviously.

What we’re they thinking… letting Tomlin walk?
Threads like this is why you will be more 80s/90s Steelers than relevant

But hey, the fan base is scrong

Team overachieved given the talent for two decades, Ben is why he only won 1 ring. Against US lol. Looking back Ben is what screwed you, not Tomlin.
