Conference Championship Week - Discussion

Besides all the plays on rebs
W the points and props I don’t know I love it but I just trust Tulane to stop the option so riding with the green wave to get it done.
Boise should be -7.5 on the Smurf and I'm saying that before looking at percentage numbers. UNLV is the biggest live bet for the books this weekend by a long way

Sitting and watching the 1H on Tulane / Army. As noted, so many angles. Just cue up a 2H play if in the cards.

I think Rebs better so 7.5 seems crazy. I’m am a tad worried bout cold and all the cheating on Smurf turf but I think I have the better team getting points. So whatever happens happens. I see jesnty redic number has came down a few yards since I bet it. Too bad you can’t do ncaa props his under been pretty good to me, think I’ve hit it 3x last 4-5 weeks and passed when he went over. Don’t see it here tho. Rebs ain’t letting him go for 170+. Just hope the cold doesn’t bother Rebs passing game. Even tho they lost the 1st game I feel like there a lot more things Boise has to worry bout/adjust to compared to we pretty much know what Boise is.

TV and money will always win out but i really wish the conference championship games would get tossed in the garbage, especially with the advent of the enhanced playoff system.
They weren't organic. They were invented for the money.

If I could bet it, UNLV team total would be a significant investment tonight. Hell have fun chasing it if that's your pleasure

Boise pass defense ain't built for round two against this....I vaguely remember an in game the first go round with bank. I do not like rematches in college football at all but this this is where the best player on the planet likely feasts and he ain't wearing Boise shit

Team that won reg season game is 5-2 in the rematch title game fwiw.

I still think UNLV is the better tram right now. Not sure they win though. +4.5 for me.

I'm putting face paint on for obvious reasons

Not sure what a UNLV/ISU ML parlay pays but it won't be enough to cover bail

This gotta be the play right? I look at this thing til I fell asleep with notebook and pen in my hands working on this game. I like Rebs, jeanty under 171.5 rush, Williams over 183.5 passing at maybe ov 1.5 tds. If memory serves me right Boise did a good job vs white who is like 80% Rebs passing game but Williams ran all over them, I gotta think any coach worth a damn would adjust and attempt to keep Williams in the pocket, Of course that a problem for Boise cause their pass d is horrific! If they do in fact back off the blitzing and focus on controlling gaps I think Williams will pick them apart. I just can’t imagine they would come with the fans game plan where he ran for way over 100 yards. Love thexe nice low passing prop numbers, they can be hit with so many different game scripts! Def like the Rebs tho, it was so close the 1st time and think they have more adjustments they can make, Boise adjustment would almost have to be going to air more but I don’t trust madsen, Rebs just seem like the better team to me, I think their d better and the offense has more options than being so dependent on one guy.
You trust Odom? 0-4 in bowls and CCG's by an average of 15.5 points.

Agree. Def tough but I think Rebs are so much more diverse, they should be able to make adjustments off the 1st meeting while what is Boise gonna do?
He could watch the video, but Danielson didn't coach against UNLV last year. Odom did coach UNLV. He already made adjustments based on the bad loss last year. It's Danielson's turn now.

Might need its own post but wearing ISU gear in Phoenix AZ has been fun

It would likely get me stabbed in Tempe by someone who never sniffed getting accepted into college.

First time ever ISU has met ASU in football
Was driving down the highway today and a "Forks UP" "GO ASU" sign flashed on a digital hwy sign.

Pretty cool in the era of NIL and the transfer portal. Little Ol' Army won the AAC. Navy had a great year. Continuity matters.

Maybe going forward, especially early in the year to really bet these teams against the transferU teams

I love watching Army and Navy play. The precision and execution is pretty much unmatched. That was a clinic last night.

Let's go Cyclones.

Oregon starters playing full game or no?

Conflicting news on that.

Seriously? Man this the problem w new system. I’d think they want the bye but is making sure pen st get in more important to conference? I feel like if ducks treat this like a must win they do what every good team does and rolls mr peanut. That would be fucked up for props also

Wait, wut?
I know.

I'd assume they are but some late night scrolling Thursday saw some questioning whether they might rest guys since this game is pointless (or that the #1 seed actually sets up worse than some lower seeds).

Definitely don't take this that I'm saying they are.

Busy week, was just looking for clarification is all.

I don't know. Simply asking as post below says.

I wouldn't think so.

They didn't rest guys last week - I thought they would and got stuck losing juice on my +19.5 / -18 bet lol.

Seems to be a prevailing sentiment.

The WR issue ASU as Brass thread points out.

You think we see points?

ISU defense isn't their usual self this year.
Weird results this year.

They alternate higher scoring with lower scoring weeks it seems.

Gotta think 1st big10 title means something, and if not the bye certainly does!!

Yeah, I'm sure he pointed it out but ASU has had nothing behind Tyson this season (next WR up, 17 catches on the season). Should make that leaky ISU run defense a little less leaky, in theory.

I'm done trying to predict overs. I just like ISU here - think it's their time with a veteran team and I'm guessing will fill like a home game for the Clones w/ the way its fans travel.

I don’t think the 3-3-5 is gonna be great for stopping skattebo. Actually took him over 116.5,, that said I still like isu cause this asu kid missing his top wr and this where the 2-3-5 should be a plus in confusing the youngster. That plus asu gets no pressure, I dunno how they contain higgens and the kid in slot if bect has all day to find them

I’m with you buddy. ASU inability to get pressure makes me think bect has a big day, dunno if they can stop skattebo but not sure a run game can keep up with what isu could do thru the air today
