they didn't review it I guess. there was a incompletion early in the Nev-Wyo game on 3rd down where the Nevada receiver made a great catch, keeping the ball off the turf,,,didn't move or hit the ground at all. They ruled incomplete on the field, no replay. Nevada called time out to allow more time for replay. No replay. Nevada had to punt. Why have replay if they don't use it?
