If a team is going to have a short yardage QB he either needs to be a big frame guy or a natural runner like Stevens in Calgary. I don't see Simmons as either

I'd love to see a metric measuring ball rotations on throws. Rourke's throws are so torquey..they keep spinning tight AND he has a compact and quick release.

I've noticed that too...he throws a really tight spiral. No wobble at all.
