Put some Week 1 plays during the day Saturday, hoping that I would get the best of the lines after Saturday's results, and I think things should shake out all right overall, but we will see how the lines look as some came off the board.

First early line swing and a miss goes to my UNC ML play as the line is now sitting at +1.5 and I could be getting positive money at this point, but hey it happens. At least I got a little value on NMSU and WKU so can't complain too much.
 
Rest of the card will most likely be FBS vs FCS matchups once those lines come out at the end of the week. Best of luck to everyone this weekend!
 
Per UNC, CB Tony Grimes (upper body) & WR Josh Downs (knee) will be evaluated throughout the week. UNC will provide a status update on Saturday before the game.

Grimes exited after head-to-head contact while trying to make a tackle early in the season-opening win over Florida A&M. Downs was hobbled by a touchdown catch in the second half.
 
Man, do I dare post a play on Purdue as when PC and I were on the same side, it was pretty much money last year, but I am not quite there yet as I think the line is gonna keep moving towards PSU the next few days, so gonna wait and see, but I do like the side especially given that it is a night game and this is one of the better Purdue teams in recent memory in my view. Stay tuned...

Wish I'd get those FCS lines released. True benefit of BOL. Also not sure what to make of VT/ODU with the whole OC change. Good line on it, almost treat 8 and 7 the same anymore in CFB w/so many XPs.

Thanks man, yeah I missed whatever the fcs ones opened at today as I just happened to jump in the site randomly and saw they were up but have no idea if my numbers on those are good or bad vs opens.

Didn’t pay much attention to the Thursday and Friday lineups as I was so focused on the Saturday card, and it cost me a few points of value and some juice with this one as I notice it was closer to 5 previously but what can ya do. I think ILL wins SU (also think ODU does as well), but will gladly take the points with the juice as I see this worse case as a FG game.

8pm Texas Tech vs Murray State O60.5 115 (BOL) - I had 57.5 and it kicked me out when I submitted, as line moved to 60.5, so i had to resubmit. That never happens in my favor haha

These three games are one team overs as they are all predicated on my view that the fav will get the over without needing any help from the dog.

Yes, the Lobos are bad and they couldn’t score last year, but if they can’t beat Maine at home by at least 10, then they are gonna make me a lot of money this season as auto fade material the rest of the way.

Maine lost a lot on D. If the Lobos can't win by a TD, they should be shot.

Yeah my thinking is the Lobos may not break 20 many times this season, but they gotta be able to put points up against the Barack Bears as it sounds like Maine has a lot of transition going on across multiple areas. Not sure why line dropped a point but hopefully that isn’t foreshadowing a disaster like my St Thomas pick Thursday haha. Best of luck today man!
 
BOONE, N.C. --- North Carolina star junior wide receiver Josh Downs will not play vs. App State, the school has confirmed. An hour before kickoff, Downs was on the field in Kidd Brewer Stadium in street clothes talking with UNC offensive coordinator Phil Longo. He was not going through pregame warmups.
 
Words can't even begin to describe how crazy a day it was on Saturday, so I won't even try. Overall, a solid Week 1, as Saturday shook out 9-6 +1.67 units, and Week 1 ended 14-9-1 +3.27 units. No rest for the weary as I am starting to work on lines now so that I will be ready for the BOL openers hopefully later this afternoon. Let's keep that profit train rollin!
