I've never seen that. I was convinced it hit the cross bar and dismissed it. Then 8 minutes later I'm wondering why they're still looking at it. Crazy how two different angles could show two different results

Yea, the call on the ice was a goal...don't know why the broadcast would show the very front...in overhead you can see if cross through on slow mo... but the best angle was the one just behind the goal..

San Jose are finally healthy, but you're right Martin Jones and Devan Dubnyk aren't the scariest goalie tandems but they are much better than say what NJ has; that being said what's their depth like? Marleau is still playing on their fourth line and I could argue with you for days how it's time for him to hang it up versus someone like Thornton who still seems to have it (if you cap him at like 10 to 15 mins a game). Marleau has doesn't have Matthews and Marner to play with. Back to SJ though, top 6 is nice and top 4 d is nice it's everything else that's average:

Meier/Couture/LaBanc
Leonard/Hertl/Kane

Vlasic/Karlsson
Ferraro/Burns

I think you're right ot think goals will be a plenty in most of their games and we saw that last night...I believe San Jose wants to play fast, but I'm not sure they can and when you get into a track meet with good teams in the league i'm going to have say GG to that idea

Leaf's coach said that they played too tight and too defensive..well not shit, you told them to...The leafs are best when they are attacking and not playing the trap.
